I only have two but I am hoping to have a guinea pig farm. I don't eat them ( I don't know who would be so sick as to do that.) But I want a lot because a lot of people don't take care of them.
aw, so cute. Especially when they squeaked! Aren't you worried about dogs and things getting to them? Two of my guinea pigs were killed by an anminal that got into our property :(
There is a 6 foot wall on 3 sides and a 5 foot fence on the other side were I try to look out for cats jumping in or other preditors...I bought one pair a while back and was told they were both female, then there was 4 babies, So i was like cool, then a few month later all of the 4 had 3-4 babies and I was like oh-no....They dont get wet outside, I have a small fan in side and small heating system for the winter...2 liter drinking bottle and lots of food inside cage and outside cage.
Accidently pressed removed...They have the cage which is like 3x7 x 2 height..They are in there maybe 8 hours per day and outside roaming in the 20 x 10 foot area were they eat grass and play around...Half of the area was closed becasue of the plants they were eating, corn tomatoe, hot peppers
