my next one will most probably be on eggs, however scott has given me reason to believe there are other reasons not to like egg but still waiting for this discussion with him... until then eggs are extremely good and the cholesterol isnt bad however eating too many yolks wont really help so may cut them out. But ill do some research and talk about it next vlog.

the cholesterol found in eggs is not the sort that can be linked to any form of heart disease etc etc. It is a healthy kind and therefore I can easily eat up to 40 a week without harming my body.
