The triple knight charge was hilarious. They really are worth 5 regular knights in battle each. Also I've been watching all your battle reports over the last few weeks, and I have to say, you've done a marvelous job painting your army. Seeing it match up with an equally impressive army is truly a wonderful sight.
Hey everyone, this channel has a glitch in it and I havent been able to add new videos for several weeks now. (If you click on the channel name, it says the account doesnt exist even though youre looking at a video from the account). So, I created a new channel for my battle reports OnceBitten360. So, if you want to see my current and future batreps, please subscribe to my new channel.
The skirmisher issue is a hotly debated item. Although technically within the rules "clipping" is considered unsportmanship like here in Australia. In all cases you must try and charge the center of your unit into the center of the closest model.
Warshrines are not that good in combat - they're for buffing the chaos units - a bit like a cauldron of blood with a larger range of abilities. They also allow the champs of the WofC the Eye of the Gods rule - as well as the characters. EofTG is - if a WofC character kills an enemy character/Large Target he rolls 2D6 on the afore-mentioned abilities table that gives him buffs (only 2 are bad/neutral results. Eg. causing terror, magic resistance 3, gaining stubborn and a 4+ ward on double 6.
Kudos for your opponent for taking Forsaken ;)... and a Level 3, not 4, and going frenzied without much screening? Hmmm, still a pretty tough list if you don't have many redirectors/unit breakers. By the way you said War Altar at the start - it's a Warshrine. Really enjoying your reports anyway, nice to see a well-played Brets list, and a really well-painted one at that.
