  • i was doing this wrong the whole time

  • @CornOnTheCobIIV - Thats ok. There are many ways to breathe. Try all the different ways. Happy Breathing ;)

  • @Breathetobelieve i was joking... but i dont do it like that anyway but ill try

  • okay, but i breathe fine until like after one minute i feel the NEED to take a really deep breath? and my girlfriend was questioning me about it when i was with her and on the phone? do i have a disease? or how can i stop myself from taking extremly deep breaths?

  • @Sk8erboy16641 - Sometimes your body and lungs are not use to taking full breaths. Imagine running a couple of miles. Imagine that strain on your legs if you didn't run for a couple of years. Same analogy with your lungs. If you are not use to taking deep breaths, it may almost feel like a panic attack and that you "need" to take a deep breath. First thing to do is listen to your body but also control your body. Take that deep breath when you feel the need and then try to control it afterwards.

  • @Breathetobelieve it's not that i don't know how to breathe? im 16. but this only started happening randomly. like it almost feels good when i get the deep breath? but if i don't breathe fully it hurts and the more i think about it the worse it gets.

  • @Sk8erboy16641 - Its always good to breathe deep and recycle the air in your lungs. If you are having pain I would definitely go see a doctor. Pain is your body telling you something is not right. Good Luck ;)

  • @Sk8erboy16641 - try to have your inhales and exhales lasts for 4-5 seconds. The longer your breath, the stronger your lungs will become. The most important aspect is daily practice. When your body requires a deep breath, take it but then exhale slowly. Any more questions, just write back ;)

  • İ feeled dizzy at first but i feel ok after some time. How long we do this breathing? How do you breath at your daily life. İm looking for best to keep my breath natural when im on bus or computer. Sorry for my English.

  • @bencilegoist - Some people may feel dizzy at first because your body is not use to the increase in air and oxygen. If you feel dizzy, slow your breath and take a seat. Once you feel normal again, practice some more. In time, your body will adapt and the dizziness will fade away. Breathe in thru your nose like your smelling flowers and breathe out of your mouth as if your blowing out birthday candles. Make your breathing quiet enough that you can hear yourself breathe. Happy Breathing ;)

  • I'm in the military and we run alot but I really suck at it so can this technique help me get faster times on my run?

  • Yes we breathe in our sleep Sonny...lol. Some people can't say that breathing is easy with some medical conditions. Most people don't breathe properly. This breathing technique is a good foundation to follow daily. There are numerous breathing techniques and you should try all of them and find which ones are best for you. Happy Breathing!!

  • Breathings pretty easy, i mean , i do it in my sleep.

  • i didnt know how to to breath before now i now

  • @BECify lol me2 ;p

  • I think you may have misunderstood MysteryMachine21. The video explains to inhale and exhale for 4-5 seconds. However, some conditions don't allow this length of breathing. In this case, just follow the technique even if it is 2 seconds in and out. That 2 seconds will turn into 4-5 seconds and the lungs will benefit. Happy Breathing and I hope this helped.

  • why two second of inhalation and 2 for exhale? shoudln't the exhalation be always twice and the inhale?

  • Yes!! Its all about the control. You can find some good mouth exercises on youtube as well to help. Have to constantly exercise and focus.

  • can proper breathtaking can improve my talking?

  • Controlling your breath is the biggest factor in stamina. Learn how to control your lungs with the Golden Breath system. You will control your inhale thru your nose and control your exhale from your mouth. Try your best to keep this pace and try to breathe as slow as you can while you play soccer. This will condition your lungs to function better under stress and allow your focus to continue. Score lots of goaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaals ;)

  • ok so im starting to play soccer in a few days, and i want to know how to breathe while im running around the field, cause usually i run out of breath within 10 minutes, and just walk around for the rest of the game, im a striker too.... thx

  • Breath is soooooo important and some people reach different points at different times. Everyone is different but the best technique is the one you find. I like to imagine that I am smelling flowers as I breathe in..... I try to capture that scent in a natural fullness....Breathe out slow....very softly.....You never want to hear yourself breathe.... Breathe to Believe ;)

  • thx dude

  • thanks for the tips, i just started

  • This way of breathing will help any sport. If your about to do a big jump and feel nervous, just breathe this way and the anxiety will fade away. Control your breath and you control your body. Also increases your "wind" and endurance.

  • @Breathetobelieve I need some help. I don't know if i have a problem or w/e but i feel i have to reach a certain limit or it drives me crazy.. if that makes sense.
