It's not always easy being a Swede in a world of spluttering Irishmen. "Christus" is my home-crafted english version of "Kristus", wich, coming from the Greek "Christós", is a Swedish word for "Christ". If you think of it with the pronunciation of "Christ", adding an "us" like the one in Jesus, I think you see why I misheard it the way I did.

I could watch this movie every day lol and not get bored, it has many deficiencies, but its just so incredibly epic it makes up for them all. if any movie is truly EPIC it is braveheart.

This scene was a true masterpiece. the entire battle scene after the nobles fled, just so fucking epic. Probably my favorite scene in all film.

The rain of arrows on the infantry of both sides, even if historically innaccurate ,just added that touch of utter despair and shattered dreams.

I think it might have been better dramatically if he was captured there, but historically he escaped the battle

This is by far the best track from the movie.

Towards the end you can hear a sense of hope but for me the choir at the end causes shivers all over and it gets frightened.

what makes this so great is the fact that the music gives you the same painful blow you get when you realised you've been betrayed and that those people you believed where worth trusting weren't trustworthy at all... You can just imagine the pain he feels at that moment...
