First of all, it is in a program from the Adobe Suite.

Second of all, it is on windows.

If you were a true Mac fan, you would notice the arrows on the page slider are different. Just because it is graphic design does not mean it is a mac.

i believe flash was used not photoshop. yes i know i'm two years late on commenting. but to me that looks like a flash animation program just without the animating of frames....makes it easier to paint too than in photoshop.

Looks like he just kept it in Photoshop CS2 or so - you can ink with almost any paint program. He's got the lines in varying degrees because he's most likely using a tablet and has pen pressure on. Hope that helps.
