  • @footballplyer73 Men being less flexible is a myth commonly spread by people who don't try. I am a man, and I used to do 4/5 of these for a martial arts class. Needless to say I went from nothing to being able to do a split in 15 months. It takes time but it is just as possible.

  • on stretch number 4 make sure your bottom leg stays on the ground for an even better stretch! awesome tips though! also you could try doing the splits on the wall while next to your bed to pull your self up :)

  • You are very flexible, but it seems like these are 5 *difficult* stretches to do to increase flexibility. I was looking for the *easy* ones.  lol

  • @angel103492 -- In order to do a handstand you HAVE to have upper body strength. Try getting on an elevated bed and hanging off of it with your bottom half still on the bed and your top half hanging off with your hands on the ground. Like a "half handstand". Get the feel of having weight on your shoulders and your arms. Make sure to keep your arms by your ears. Don't look at the floor. Build your upper body strength. If you have any more questions, go ahead and ask! :)

  • those r really good stretches:)2 bad i can't do them!i pulled a muscel!!!and tryout 4 middle school majorette are in like 3 weeks and i still haven't got my 2 turn dive down perfectly:( my mom said that i should take a break and let it heal but i practice my 2turn dive after i get home from school when shes still at work hehe:)

  • Nice video, thank you for making it :) I train for contortion and I must say you are already quite flexible, keep it up! :) might I make one suggestion though? I notice you bounce a lot during your stretching.. Not sure if you are aware of this, but either way you can cause muscle tears by bouncing during a stretch. If you google it you can find out much more about it. I thought I would share with you since you shared with us! Good luck! :)
