Kinda off-topic, but what do you think of the idea of a STALKER co-op mod (players vs. monsters) and/or a STALKER MMORPG?

I would love it. Although a mod wouldn't work out. The MMO would have to be the way.

Since the teams in deathmatch are Freedom and Mercs, I imagine a co-op mod would focus on Duty. There could be all sorts of different missions. Some would definately involve working for the scientists. They pay well, plus hunting snorks never gets old. XD

@IggyHazard I followed the game for years before it came out, originally It sounded like they were trying to make it more of a MMORPG that let you explore the entire zone without loading & fight or befriend other stalkers who were also looking for artifacts ... i guess they just couldn't make it happen.

@peetrwilson That would be a huge project. A lot of STALKER fans have expressed interest in a MMORPG.
