If Sarah Palin was irrelevant, they wouldn't cover her - and continue to smear her.

2008 was the year where she was just getting started. I see great things for her in the future as people continue to 'wake up' and see the wretched policies that our current president espouses.

Your right, she does evoke a positive feeling when you hear her. Is it her sincerity? Is it her honesty? IDK, but what I do know is that this world has a short supply of leaders like her. She makes me wanna go to Alaska, but I'm a beach person. really hope to see more of her and I hope Alaska knows how good they have it. How can that woman have any critics in her own state?

She comes across as genuine - not a politician - as truly a concerned mother who got involved in government for the RIGHT reasons.

She hasn't surrounded herself around crazy people, people who hate this country, people with crazy worldviews.

Go, Sarah. It's not you, it's your message they don't like. We also gave life to our Down syndrome child. Ironically, animal activists hate Sarah Palin. They fight for the protection of animals' lives, but what about the lives of the innocent unborn?!?!?! So many inconsistencies. what i like about this woman is that she speaks from her heart. and she beleives in life, liberty, and the consitution. not many folks out there can be a hig ranking official and do the mom thing as well.

Agreed. Such honestly is rare in politics. Ron Paul would be another example of someone who just says it as he sees it. One can agree or disagree with their positions on issues but one cannot attack them for their honesty. I only wish the other 99% of politicians were like this. Pelosi would be a classic example of someone who has sold their soul for political expediency.
