@Dolledup247 As someone in the business, I can tell you that is not true. If you cook and are doing that at a JOB, you are a chef! Umm Neither Paula Deen or Racheal Ray went to Culinary school, yet look at them. They are def CHEFS!! Thats the beauty of this industry. A majority of cooks and chefs NEVER WENT TO A FORMAL SCHOOL!
