MalwareBytes for removing malicious software. Install K-Lite codec pack, it is all you need, do not download "special" viewers for videos, almost always they are highjackers. Ram is simple to install, just avoid static by touching back of pc case before handing ram stick and always have power off. I install ram and clean the dust from inside the computer and power supply for $20 and it takes 3 minutes. I have 7 older PCs here Syd, may drop by late some night. ;p
LOVE the Silent 700 and would love to see more info on it (I collect vintage hardware, that looks beautiful). Not sure about your advice as to using youtube as a reference for something like installing ram. There are quite a few pitfalls to not knowing what is happening behind the scenes of the electron.
