This logo is from 1997. There is also a Lyrick Studios Logo that no one has seen or heard before! Its on Barney's Color & Shapes VHS and on the Joe Scruggs VHS.It is somewhat similar to this one except its still.I will upload it if i get the chance.

Sorry for responding to you so late, but no it's not on "Dave and the Giant Pickle". The 1998 logo is on the 1998 print of that. And 1998 is when the Lyrick Studios print of "Dave and the Giant Pickle" came out, and plus, this logo isn't from 1990. That's the most stupidest thing I've ever heard. It IS from 1997, because "Barney's Adventure Bus" has it, and Lyrick Studios was called "Lyons Group" before 1997.
