Surely cornering would be....interesting. Pneumatic tires supply cornering grip by deforming and therefore there tends to be a fairly gradual loss of grip at the limit (obviously lower profile tires have a more sudden breakaway). With these there seems to be little in the way of flex, so surely the loss of grip at the limit would be pretty catastrophic!!
Yeah. @ 0:10 wait for the window in the old tire shop. It has rubber tires without air but with holes. ROfl ....there is nothing new under the sun! Eh?
Oh, and the funniest part was that the name of the tires was advertised in EBONICS!! That's what made me laugh the most---- TRUBLPRUF TIRES!!
OMG! LOOOOLL!! YO YO YO YO YO YO YO YO SUUUUP DAWG? YO WE SO SHTREEET YO! EEEEEEEEEEESAY'D YO! *makes retarded hand gesture*
So if mud or dirt or rocks get into the open space and you go 70mph, that's going to be on majorly unbalanced tire and the car will be bouncing down the road. Are there automatic balancers inside to make up for this very obvious flaw in design? This has the same problem with balancing that the other open tire designs have....
