fraps is honestly better unless you are on trial in which case you only get like 30secs... thatd be the reason to use hypercam cuz fraps has better quality

I use fraps and have no lag at all. Great quality but takes a bit too much space, since its uncompressed AVI, so its smart to convert to divx after recording.
