Dragon Rising features no green in its HUD what so ever. Secondly, even when your inside a vehicle on OFP:DR, you don't get the options to eject, engine, so on. and Finally, you cannot rotate the camera in OFP:DR while using a 3rd Person Perspective.(Atleast on the Xbox)
