For a High School band, they all were talking a lot, its very disrespectful. It was SO SLOW!!! Omg! We played this song throughout Europe and Im sorry, but this made me cry inside a little.

And no, the talking and moving around was in the band, we could see it. They all looked so unprofessional.

All the talking you hear is from the crowd who are attending other parts of the Spring Arts Festival. It's like a big carnival, with people milling around, going to different booths, and chatting with each other while different groups perform. Groups from the elementary, middle, and the high schools, participate, including drama groups, choirs, and bands. So there's a bunch of activity going on at the same time, and this is a more casual performance rather than a formal one.
