change your car to the top class A car and the AI to the rr200 class f and just keep slamming the bike into the wall and knocking him off

use the same track but get 7 ai all of em bikes when race starts turn around and go backwards and smash into bikes on the straight its fun and funny if u do hit all of em u get the achivement =]

you need to go to options, then cheats, then disable "TV Cameras" then try racing again. that should help you out :)
