I think I know how the belt and the time gauntlet combined caused Eddie Felson to go very slow, probably because since both the belt and the gauntlet stop time, with them combined must have caused Eddie to go slow similar to negative times negative which equals positive

in the season 5 fan fic of mine, static and gear get a bit more enhanced powers, and then some:

static's boot soles turned metal so he CAN (But with the choise chooses not to) fly without his disk, and he can recharge alot faster, and some other stuff that isn't really mentioned cause like you odnt notice it

and gear, well, he REALLY gets better powers: i gave him electro-telepathy, so he can control electronics with his mind, if he can see them, though.
