Then come to this site.

You should get a 'download this site' or something to that extend. it should download to 'My Video' in the My Document'. It should be in an .flv file.

Then go to this site and download 'AnyConverter'.

Install it. This thing can pretty much convert anything to anything. So .flv to .mp3 should not be a problem at all.
