  • @helllspot Thanks man, glad that you liked it. I know that's only body weight, but the program is set up so that you can build some muscle using only your own body weight.

  • @Nihatcangorgun Hahahahaha, thanks man I'll take that one as a complement. Anyways, you're right, it's not the actual workout that he did for Thor. It's just a workout inspired by his training and the movie. Glad you enjoyed!

  • @JungleFit there is nothing wrong with it, I can pulldown, dealift, low row, and some times even bench press 2 times my weight and really 3 times as much as my "bigger" friends... but im in good shape "thanks genes" but they are light weight genes... =/. im not goin arround pikcing fights and if happens well i do hold the amature wealther weight undefeated title but if i looked bigger = more intimidating = less fights = less strikes under my belt since i have register hands....
