Lame attacks, poor ukemi. Zero self defense value. George Sensei couldn't defend himself in a real fight if his life depended on it. This is the problem with Aikido. For realistic self defense, one must train in the "jutsu" systems like jujutsu, aiki-jujutsu, etc...
This was George Sensei's Randori intensive from 1999. A very hot labour long weekend (I was there) and K. Lam taking wicked ukemi all weekend long. George Sensei continues to conduct these workshops and I highly recommend them. Very nice to see him on youtube, finally, but I hope you received his permission to post this.......
