Misleading video. Filled with mostly crap. You don't practice putting your knee down at 20mph; there is absolutely no need for it and sets you up in a terrible way in case there is low speed drama. It's also a pretty stupid way to waste good riding time.

And if you take this long and have to do this much bsing to make sure your wheels are aligned... maybe you shouldn't be aligning them yourself. It takes 10 minutes and an eyeball to align a wheel nearly to perfection.

By the way, I've found that a good easy way to do an accurate alignment when the alignment marks on the swingarm are off (and they usually are) is to count the exposed threads on the adjustment bolts and make sure the number is the same on both sides. Works great and is super easy!

My issue is that I don't understand what relevance the news report has on the equipment being demonstrated. I saw the recording, and it looked to me like the rider who crossed over onto the opposite side of the road had little time to react. The one coming the other way - Le Blanc? I don't think he had MUCH time either. It was all quite sudden. Like others, it'd have been good to see a recording on avoidance and awareness. Maybe that should be a Mordeth13 thing o.~ He does a good job ^_^

best advice jordan is to find yourself a real riding/racing school. lots have bikes available to you to rent for like 250 for that day. given the level you can push them and the fact you can crash them and say sucks for them. it's a preety reasonable deal.
