@pirbird14 "f IP masking? Anonymous browsing? Safe surfing?" All one needs to do is to allow active-x & all that is worthless. @MrWafflesMonster You sound knowledgeable. What if, in addition to these tips, I bought a brand new laptop - for cash, never gave out my real information to anyone, including the computer itself, and only used it in internet cafes and other wi-fi places? Think that would do the trick?

The anonymity era set in with me some considerable time ago :) Its not a matter of secrets, it is a matter of it being personal. Public information that effects the population is one thing. Private matters, should remain just that, private, they are no one else's business, voyeurism is a fetish, & as a fetish consent should be sought.
The focus is missing the target, it matters not what people do with consenting adults in private. What matters is public actions & non actions.
too little too late i suppose...i've browsed pretty much every site you can think of...i'm part of the so-called 99%, don't deal in illegal activity and do pay taxes which i think makes me absolutely irrelevant...i'm 1 of 7,000,000,000 people on planet earth.
@chingon711 That just about sums it up for moi to. But the point is they exploit that information for profit, it is not their information to profit from & that's the gripe I have with it... SPAM! Grrr!
Definately all info rigth now is good but to gwet any working aged people in you would need really condensedly good news data under some name that west did not earlier have negation on. I wonder if this is the reason why wikileaks doesnt have site independent updated news feed?
I would also note that it is impossible to get the old griminals into these. The quantity of loqigs required migth also kill entire projects if we really dont have ANY and just ANY nonbiased supporting country.. :) :)
It is possible to calculate all needed knowledge about you by the pruchase reference. The few people that dont get card purchases have been for ages under timely checs and are logged so AND IT IS POSSIBLE TO CALCULATE PROPERLY ACCURATE HITTING TABLES BY ONLY FAR LESSER EXISTING DATA THEY HAVE!! so I wonder even as this has tons of good date and REALLY really good stuff just why did Russia post this now.. :) :)
holy crap ive been having a problem getting on facebook and this thing pops up and it either says url not found or wiki foundation and some other info so ive been tricking the net and finding a way on through other things so fuck i think im done with facebook they are watching me hahahaaha but i have nothing to hide but i dont like how they are getting into my privacy
I won't change my online habits. One can be cautious as they normally should be but I won't capitulate or be afraid, it plays even more into the hands.
IRS is the real problem, the IRS demands that companies collect private details with no opt-out option. Then the companies loss that info and you're identity
just a bunch of hype, unless u give google u're personal info you're just an ip address to them. IRS and other organizations that demand and collect info are the real problem when it comes to privacy, google isn't a problem
If you think it looks bad now, try waiting until a cashless society comes. Then some cyberterrorist or an accident can bring an entire financial system down by destroying your entire bank account, along with millions of others. Not to mention if you say something someone doesn't like, you'll suddenly find yourself unable to buy or sell anything.
HEY FBI, CIA and other nazi firms. I think that you are the worlds terrorists! And If you know, and you know, everything about me, you know that I'm researching every fucking crime that the US gov has done. And in about 10 years when your country collapses I'll chear and say ! I FUCKING TOLD YOU SOO ! Just like nazi Germany 10 years after collaple!!
And about you "nacional security", is a security for the ellite not for the people, fuck the people, right -_-!
I have an android phone and honestly every time im on google it tells me my location and since i'm logged into google account it knows every single search, etc.
There's no privacy but it's really good for google's advertising and for national security when it comes to retards trying to buy bombs or whatever. My only problem with it is that it could be abused and probably does get abused when it comes to framing people with political significance.
In Toronto we had some Imam guy get arrested for child porn on his laptop but when he spoke to a newspaper he said he was framed that they told him to cooperate with Canadian national security, and he didn't want to because he had nothing to do with them, and then he said that they started searching his home when he was away and finally placed child porn on his laptop since they couldn't find anything else.
That's an example of how today's internet could be abused by gov.
@pakraduni10 Nothing wrong with taking it up the ass, or giving it for that matter. I thought I told you to go play on the freeway! Why are you back here already? Now don't come back until you get hit by a semi truck to tell of your injuries. Got it?
@BagoGarde Pretty much. it starts off with phones that now all have GPS and your info from multiple accounts (facebook, twitter, youtube, google, hotmail) all being compressed into one main google account. Then consider every time you use your debit/credit card everything is recorded, what you bought/were.
They don't even need to take it a step further (even though I can see 100 ways of how they could still do that) to basically know everything about you, your every move and purchase, etc.
Steve Jobs worked hard to help to disintegrate the very meaning of a word privacy, maybe a little TOO hard ... it's a lesson for others ... The evil will eat itself at the end ...
Going offline is useless too. Security cameras, satellite cameras.
Watch out for this trend in the next few years: If you don't have a Facebook (or Google+ or some social network account) with your real name and pictures, you can't buy, or sell, or get a job, or do a bank transaction, or vote, or see a doctor, or even play an online game.
Watch out for Amazon or some prominent merchants to combine resources and share information with banks and Facebook. Expect some biometric verification.
@papalolita PLEASE elaborate on the definition of biometric verification...like finger print scanning? bar codes on our necks? FYI im just being inquisitive, not combative.
@phoenixforce22 Biometric uses your body parts to uniquely identify you. Usually it's fingerprints or retina scans. Many countries' passport have already implemented biometric information.
In the near future, a smart phone or a PC will have fingerprint biometric scanners. There will be an app for that. And it will be marketed as 'cool' or 'trendy'.
Wow, the London cops dusted for prints! When I got robbed, the cops came by acting like they were breaking up a party, didn't do shit and I never heard anything from them after that.
Welcome to the BEAST SYSTEM! This is how all people are and will be tracked. Everyone will need to receive the Mark Of The Beast in order to buy, sell, eat , etc. This is spoken of in the Bible.
Yup, all this social networks were always intended to keep tabs on the public. And now people are so used to them that they don't seem to care much anyway.

too little too late i suppose...i've browsed pretty much every site you can think of...i'm part of the so-called 99%, don't deal in illegal activity and do pay taxes which i think makes me absolutely irrelevant...i'm 1 of 7,000,000,000 people on planet earth.

Instead use GNU/Linux.

Beef1188 4 months ago
If you think it looks bad now, try waiting until a cashless society comes. Then some cyberterrorist or an accident can bring an entire financial system down by destroying your entire bank account, along with millions of others. Not to mention if you say something someone doesn't like, you'll suddenly find yourself unable to buy or sell anything.

Has1b 4 months ago
@Has1b Continued....
That's an example of how today's internet could be abused by gov.

we are not forced to take the chip we want it.
Its like a cow willingly going to the butcher!
BagoGarde 4 months ago
@BagoGarde Pretty much. it starts off with phones that now all have GPS and your info from multiple accounts (facebook, twitter, youtube, google, hotmail) all being compressed into one main google account. Then consider every time you use your debit/credit card everything is recorded, what you bought/were.
They don't even need to take it a step further (even though I can see 100 ways of how they could still do that) to basically know everything about you, your every move and purchase, etc.

Expect some biometric verification.
papalolita 4 months ago 3
@papalolita PLEASE elaborate on the definition of biometric verification...like finger print scanning? bar codes on our necks? FYI im just being inquisitive, not combative.
phoenixforce22 4 months ago
@phoenixforce22 Biometric uses your body parts to uniquely identify you. Usually it's fingerprints or retina scans. Many countries' passport have already implemented biometric information.
In the near future, a smart phone or a PC will have fingerprint biometric scanners. There will be an app for that. And it will be marketed as 'cool' or 'trendy'.

Just Google it - Echelon, NSA, GCHQ, DSD, FAPSI, OSNAZ, SORM.
Every person who use internet lefts many traces and personal data of most civilians is in free access. People download data about themselves too.
I live in Russia but I can find info about 70-80% population of USA - accounts, telephones, even crime cards. You just need to know where to dig.
It's easy: telephone = coordinates and chat records, internet = conf. data and personality characteristics. Thanks to my army for that knowledge.
