One of my childhood friends had his son shot in the back in the mid-1980's and still hasn't really gotten over it. The whole world did not change in the last 60 years. Just because China and India went from pits of poverty to mega-development doesn't mean the rest of the world is like that. Look at Africa. They're certainly not changing at the same pace. Who's to say Tibet will develop. What capital, labour and technology will Tibet develop on? Surely rampant disease, no education, and no ability to start their own family with their own wives is not something that every resident of Tibet is satisfied with.

In fact, there are doctors that travel to Tibet on behalf of the Dalai Lama and of course, this is not revealed to the Chinese because if they knew they wouldn't allow it. In exile, much has been done in terms of education, care, and in fact, many lives have been saved after coming over the pass many are in very bad physical condition and must be cared for.

One of my childhood friends had his son shot in the back in the mid-1980's and still hasn't really gotten over it. My beef isn't so much with the Chinese as it is with the Chinese government, although many Chinese haven't been taken in my the CCP hook, line and sinker. Ultimately, Mother Nature may solve the entire issue, earthquakes, floods, etc.

Don't I know the Tibetans? Fool, my friend is a Tibetan and so are his family and his friends. They all fled recently from Tibet in a period varying from 2 years to 1 year ago.
The settlers of America also thought he Native Americans were i=ungratefull because they didn't want any modern item or part of a modern lifestyle. America will always be stolen land from the Natives, no matter how good the brothels are, and so it is with Tibet.

@chinafucktai; there were no slaves and certainly not 90% like some CCP bots say cause who in Gods sake would be able to control suchh a mass. There were serfs but they were not that unhappy that they needed an uprise. They didn't NEED and WANT modern things like the natives of America and Australia didn't want it cause they were satisfied in the way they lived. Europeans saw this too late and that's why we now support the Tibetans.

@chinafucktai; Reports are that the water is now severely polluted and some animalspecies endangered. Also much of the medical aid comes from western organisations which are allowed in Tibet. Lands are taken away, divided and Tibetans are forced into settlements which they don't want as nomads. Maybe you better focus on the urgent issue of Chinese childslavery and the dying rooms as well as the unfair treatment of dissidents.
