Switzerlands export industry has specialized in sophisticated high-margin products like watches, medtech, machines etc. This allows them to pay their employees good wages. This money then trickles down also to the domestic industry and rises the wage level there as well. Mass production industries have left the country in recent decades because wages are too high for them.

Just some tiny remarks - Jungfraujoch is a pass/low point between the two mountains Jungfrau and Mönch - it is the highest train station in Europe. The highest mountain is Elbrus (Russia), or, if you don't count Caucasus as Europe, then Mt.Blanc (France, near the Swiss border).
