i saw this movie today in my AP spanish class. I think it is one of the saddest movies I've ever seen. I couldn't hold back my tears when Carlito's abuela died or when Rosaria talked to Carlito on the phone in the beginning.

The end was so sad and happy! I was crying and I'm crying now, by thinking about it! Great now I'm bawling! It was so touching how Enrique grew soft-hearted by Carlitos and gave up being in America for him, it was heart warming! And if thats not enough the climax keeps going up when he sees the mural, pizza, and the laundry mat and finally sees his mom! It was so happy and sad! It was so good! BME
