Based on what I've seen in real life; 5:45-5:48 is realistic. I liked that it was a "hard hitting" scene and contained mostly punches, punches are the only thing you'll see on the street. The blocks are real too.

The "bully" is Lupo played by Morgan Benoit who has been practicing martial arts since he was 15, including a street fight while studying in Beijing. Spencer is played by Shane Harper who is about 13 years younger than Morgan and never practiced martial arts.

@KerryDoan well you just missed the joke on that one, Jerry Lewis is always the funny man, whilst Dean Martin is always the straight guy, which means he takes it more seriously than lewis does. Jackie like Jerry is laid back and has a sense of humor about most things whilst Jet like martin takes things so seriously he never smiles until he is done his job.

I remembere seeing this in the theater. Great movie but what was with the hot asian girl thinking the bad guy would just sit there and let her throw that dart at him. She wasn't too smart. In plain site and everything, gave him a speech and expects him to stand there and take that.
