Try hay.. (dry grass) /watch?v=0AMUNHhD-Ws. Maybe it's not really use-able when the oil has been dispersed through the different layers of water, but it sure seems effective to take care of the oil that is floating on the surface..
1991,,, Isn't that amazing.. Pretty much the end, of any kind of solutions... All we've had sense then, & before is, deregulate... As late as the late 1800's, physiologist declared... Only the uneducated, could be insane... History repeated its self... This time insisting,in the 80's, only the middle class, & poor, could possibly be crooks... If you're wealthy, its a given, you're honest,, & should be deregulated... Now we see the results, of deregulation..
