I hate to say it but Beck is right when he says the unions are no good. Ever since the beginning the unions have been mere bargainers, keeping the workers within the system of exploitation and holding them back. Since the 1970s the union leadership became totally corrupt and now the union bureaucracy has become fully integrated into the capitalist class, especially the UAW leadership. Workers need to break from the unions and form their own independent rank-and-file committees.
