  • great song

  • The Beatles are there in the back playing along with Chuck Berry.....lol

  • @palmer8112 Beach Boys ripped Chuck Berry off and didn't give him a credit. So both are thieves.

  • i'm so glad, i'm living with him at the world o:

  • That could be the worst camera work ever! How can you miss the duck walk? Chuck rules! Looks like there are two Communists who dislike this.

  • Back in the USA, not the deceased USSR!!!!

  • Back in the good old days when they did it live baby!!!

  • The Beatles less stole it, more made their Back in the USSR a tribute to a star they greatly admired.

  • The Beatles stole that song from Chuck Berry, changed the words and some of the melody to cover up the plagiarism. Then Beach Boys tried to steal it much earlier than them. White groups are ripping off the black artists. Let's put a stop to this madness....lol

  • Rock'n roll is the most powerful music ever invented.... AMEN

  • look at it man whites and blacks playing together old rock n roll everybody having fun and the musicians making that money

  • this song is great, its so too bad they didn't hav better recording equipment back then, imagine if he had did this song maybe ten or twenty years later, it would sound Amazing!!

  • Holy SMokes!!!! Can I travel back into time!

  • The camera person and everyone in the control booth should be blown away for not keeping Chuck in the picture while he did his duckwalk.

  • Chuck Berry wrote this song after touring Australia in the late Fifties and missing all the US amenities and fast foods. He later claimed that he was also outraged by the Australian treatment of its Aborigines.

  • the dogs bollocks/// love it USA legend..

  • Thats the great Darlene Love and the Blossoms backing up Chuck Berry.

  • CHUCK BERRY é o pai do rock , além de ser o mais criativo e um dos primeiro perfomáticos da música contemporânea, simplesmente o máximo.

  • Etta James was one of the backround vocalists for this song.

  • great song!

  • BACK IN THE USA chuck is the best guitar player of the world

  • chuck is the best!!

  • Back in the USA ( USSR)

  • Great music!

  • the best chuck berry sr.rock n roll the best

  • Back in the USSR!

  • Beatles ref. lol

  • @Zekitcha2 ,

yeah, the Beatles did a tribute to this song with back in the ussr

  • not The Beatles, Paul McCartney only

  • to shuramdoo: Back in the USSR came off the "Beatles" White Album. It was first recorded when the beatles were still together as a band....so technically it "is" a beatles song no matter which beatle may have sung it.

  • yes man, you are right!

i'm think that this song wrote by McCartney after The Beatles

  • @xNADSx08.......... back in the USSR was a parody aimed at the Beachboys style of playing.........source.....newmusicexpress.............

  • Chuck Berry is a national monument, this guy should be carved up on Mount Rushmore along with Elvis and Hendrix and if you've got room, stick Bob Dylan up there as well - Chuck forever!

  • yeah they could carve a tolet with a hidden camera on mount rushmore right next to chuck.

  • No! No! Not back then! Chuck Berry was Mr USA!! Perhaps still is.

  • San Mattoma, minor dick.

  • Happy Birthday Chuck

  • great to see his performances in those days :) he is a true R&R legend. I had the great luck to see him live in hamburg 10 years ago *PROUD !

to see him nowadays on stage makes me laugh and cry at the same time..

  • chuck you are MR U.S.A...When I listen to you I keep loving the U.S.A

  • <3 USA <3 Chuck Berry

  • bry114: "Victoria" by the Kinks (1970) gave the same tribute to Britain

  • I always thought The Stones blew it at The Superbowl by not bringing Chuck out and playing this...

  • Rock on chuck.

  • Who are the Suits in the background?

  • this clip is so unique.

  • That Chuck Berry wrote this song when he did is what really makes it a tribute to the greatest country on earth, the USA!

  • Fuckin' hell man. Americans

    x

  • @bry114

    Amen brother!

  • Ah I love this song! (Thanks for the upload!) I remember when I first heard Chuck Berry; my grandpa was blasting his copy of Chuck's "The Great Twenty-Eight" CD in the garage. I was like, WOW! He let me borrow the CD and from then on I was hooked. No N'Sync for me (they were popular then); I listened to Chuck, Elvis, and Fats Domino (the latter two were my grandma's faves). Still love this music! :)

  • "Anything you want, we got it right here in the USA." Yes, we do!

  • unless u want legal weed that is

  • At :03 the guy on the left is really enjoying his part in the song.

  • That's "Shindog" JAMES BURTON in the backing band.

  • all that joy, we don't see that often nowadays.

music at this age is nothing but trying to be zeus and banshees, noisy.

those times are good, and immortal

  • Temazo!

  • if chuck berry would have wrote 'back in the ussr' they would have shot him on site.

  • back in the ussr wats that?

  • "Back in the U.S.S.R." is a Beatles parody/tribute to this Chuck Berry Song (and to "California Girls" by the Beach Boys).

  • what an awesome rare video thanks !
