  • Did the MelanSol cause any blocked pores or breakouts on your face? I'm really thinking of trying it? Thanks!

  • @AndreaJuliet it feels very thick, I don't think u may like it on your face... try yes to carrots brand for face... it's lighter.

  • Thank you soooo much for this! Most people aren't as informative as you are- I really appreciate you sharing the ingredients, experiences, details, etc. REALLY helps. Thank you!

  • With the MelanSol they key is to tan slowly? Then my way works as well, I never stay in the sun more than an hour at first and very slowly increase, which allows me to use the rest of the day on more fun things, with light clothes on (I of course use sun screen on my face though), which works great for my skin, I have severe psoriasis (I am on biological medication also to control it). So when I am done, I e.g. go shopping or something else fun to do in great weather... :)

  • The product seemed abit dodgy to me especially because they use NANO SIZED ZINC OXIDE :/

  • i dont want a tan. i just want a natural protective sunscreen. is this product right for that?

  • omg you look so young. i couldf thot you were like 17.

what skin products do you use. please be specific.

  • Great video, I do my best to tell my subbies about natural products/ chemicals/ etc.

That's also why I do Fruit Facial Fridays. XOXO

  • Oh, one thing. Titanium dioxide is unavoidable in most sunscreens. But it must be coated in either silica or alumina because without that coat, titanium dioxide will form carcinogenic radicals. Or in other words, it will give you cancer.

  • I wish you would... give a demo of the products. While you are talking about them you could also show us.

  • i love your vid

please just ignore those hateful comment :)

  • is melansol non-comodogenic, won't it cause acne? im acne-prone

  • I can't wait :D

  • thanks for the video. ^_^

  • Would you do a video on Natural Nonchemical Sunscreens for the face? And how to work that with makeup? Tank you for a great vid!

  • @LaypaS I'll try to incorporate into my next makeup tutorial =)

  • u look gorgeous in this video..luv ur haiR!! wat color is it?

  • @swtdre4u thanks it's a chestnut color

  • The last sunscreen video gave some pretty upsetting information without many practical solutions to the problem. People (like me!) panicked because we found out both sun AND sunscreen can make us sick but we didn't know what else to do to keep safe. I appreciate this video because it gives information we can use to protect ourselves, not just knowledge that what we were doing before was bad. Now I have a place to start looking into natural sunscreen for myself, which is very helpful. Thanks!

  • You fight the good fight anneorshine!

  • @riptiderobin15 LOL... Hurrah! =D

  • It's sad that you even have to qualify yourself. People should make their own decisions regardless of whatever you recommend or not.

  • @SarahsAdventures There's nothing sad... the problem is "Selective Hearing". Sometimes I get the weirdos that makes up nonsense.

  • ur makeup looks gorgeous! ur skin is beautiful

  • @DiLLyi haha.. glad u didn't nottice my big pimple! =P

  • wait, so sunblock with vitamin E or any other vitamins arent rlly effective?? does this include aloe vera? ive always thought that it was supposed to be good....

  • @mnniemouse12 it's only not effective if it's synthetic... you want to look for the ones w/ natural ingredients. Aloe is different, again the more natural the better! =D

  • @anneorshine oo i see..but how can i tell if its synthetic? lol sry for asking too much (im a bit clueless, u see)

  • @mnniemouse12 look for plant ingredients... if you don't understand something take notes of it and google! that's how I started =D some plant ingredients are listed under scienctific names. Let me know if you have other question =)

  • @anneorshine ooo ok hehe~ thankss

  • great review!

  • FINALLY a video that mentions that sunscreen is not ALWAYS good for your skin. Most people don´t know, that many types of sunscreen have really bad ingredients that can even INCREASE THE RISK OF CANCER!!! Today nearly 99% of daily moisturizers contain sunscreen - many of those sunscreens are cheap and bad quality, that can really RUIN your skin. Obviously its important to protect your skin from the sun- but dont forget that its NOT ONLY the sun that can provide damage, but also wrong chemicals!

  • @whitetulip1986 thanks and so true =)

  • did you say your son didnt like the smell

    you look SOO much younger

woww you are a AMAZINGLY awesome looking mom!

  • @kristenjiinpark hehehe.. Thanks a so much!

  • you know that you're supposed to put sunscreen/block on and let it sit or soak in your skin like 1/2hr to and 1hr. before going out in the sun.

  • @djmindy I've heard that and then I also heard that you're suppose to put it on right before you go out into the sun. I always put it on 15-30 before just b/c I don't want streaks.
