I just met PL at a local indy show, and he was HILARIOUS!!! He cut a promo on a heel for insulting my mom, and cut a promo on a kid basically telling him not to spit... UNLESS the person is dehydrated!!! And when he took a picture with anyone, he smiled like he did right before McMahon's "death". When I commented on his smile, he said, "That's what I wish for every time I smile!" Awesome, humble guy, without a doubt, one of the best promo cutters, and funniest wrestlers in the world!

well, TNA is trying to make money now, and the way to do that is to get big pay-per-view sells, and the only way to that is to get the audience invested emotionally with the characters, thus storylines....and due to that they save all of the actually good wrestling matches until the ppv and spend the free tv time trying to soley hype the matches for the ppv. And they are trying to compete with wwe, thus they hired some people who will get a big draw from the wwe, i.e Kurt Angle, Nash, book etc.

Early TNA saw many many wrestlers from ROH as well as other indy companys but featured wrestlers with Cult Followings such as CM Punk, Matt Sydal, Chris Hero and TONS of others. TNA and ROH butted heads over the use of the talent thats why TNA lost Strong and Aries :(. But Kendrick and London were both in TNA before WWE and even during. After being let go from WWE early in his career he went back to TNA for a short while before going to Japan.
