The name for this is Hyrule Jump I think.
Tips how you could do 2 jumps:
In the begining you stuck at the green ground.That must be improved.
And then you wanted to go to teh flying platform...just try to get up again...it should work...maybe you got another bike left?(I'm going to try it now)
