I personally believe it's unfair for black people, because they've got the same right as we white people did. They're entitled to enjoy what life offers them and they can play any job anywhere 'cuz they're talented people too. I'm from Colombia, I'm not black but my country is alive with them because it's diversity!

To all non-white people who can speak perfect English and want to be an ESL teacher. Think twice about teaching English overseas. Very difficult to find a job if you are not white. Most countries in Asia believe that if you are white then you can speak English far superior to other races. I am a Chinese Canadian currently in Vietnam. I am having tons of difficulty finding a job. NATIVE SPEAKER REALLY MEANS WHITE PERSON THAT CAN SPEAK ENGLISH!
