Atheism takes pride in being created by the very religious people they disassociate with. The agenda of despotic men have left fools arguing over filler. Perhaps it is man that should not have pride in their beliefs. Humanity tends to be foolish. The Universe is the creator. It is simple.
The title of this clip is undoubtedly not true; religion in general requires man to be the best he can be and to use the skills and talents he has for the good of mankind.
@Angelotube5000 No religion that I am aware of preaches this; people may do for their own ends to manipulate others, but any faith I am aware of actually teaches love for others and goodness as the foundation; the idea of a murderous God is quite clearly contradictory and was addressed hundreds of years ago by theologians
@no1hoopsman The entire basis of religion is to accept a deity on "faith", and to retain and strengthen that faith in the face of any evidence to the contrary....The title of this clip couldn't BE more accurate. The most revered among the religious, are those that proudly proclaim their faith, despite all the questions asked, past and present...The most reviled are those that ask the questions.
@Exvictus That is not correct; the faith bit actually only comes after questions have been asked. Certainly my understanding of faith is to query when new discoveries are made; there are plenty of religious scientists who do this on a daily basis in terms of science, and we do it every day as a matter of course (we as every human being) whether consciously or subconsciously I suggest; the answer may not be faith or God, but the question is there
@no1hoopsman No, you are incorrect. Indoctrination of your children keeps them from asking those questions, and faith is the reason people believe to start. Typically, you are taught to no ask questions. I mean, the very definition of faith is to believe without evidence. If you don't have evidence, you obviously never asked questions, whether it was to yourself or asking others. Also, there are very, very few religious scientists.
@66gt40lm It may be typical in your thought process but not mine, children ask all sorts of questions from a very early age as a natural part of their being, and that is not my definition of faith; faith and reason is the doctrine of the Catholic church for example. There are more religious scientists than you would assume is what I contend, and some have been winning awards of late
@no1hoopsman And the few questions that are asked are answered with "because God woks in mysterious ways" and "you just gotta have faith." I mean, there are a couple other typical responses from those people, but all of the answers in general are non-answers. Faith, by definition, is believing something without evidence. Reason and religion are completely contradictory. Whether a reasonable person is religious, they didn't use reason to come to the God conclusion; they made God fit the evidence.
@66gt40lm What is contradictory about a force or power that created this whole existence/universes and including humanity as a natural part of that process ? There is nothing unreasonable about that concept whatsoever
@no1hoopsman Because you claim the force or power is God, which is backed by absolutely NO evidence. It's completely unreasonable to believe a magic sky daddy just willed us into existence when the evidence lacks for such a cause. I don't see how a person who uses any thought process whatsoever can't see this point.
@66gt40lm I suggest there is nothing unreasonable about a power that is creative, that is for good and has an objective. Would you deny that such a power can exist ?
@no1hoopsman There is something unreasonable about it when there is no evidence for it! I suggest you stop believing shit on faith and actually think rationally instead of believing you have a special friend in the sky who created you. It could be true, but if it is, I highly doubt it's any God we've thought of. Considering all of the Gods we've created are immoral, hateful and laughable absurd, I can safely conclude that your God is not for good or has any positive objective.
@66gt40lm But the Big Bang is power; power enough to create this whole existence; all the stars and universes and cosmos. Lets take it step by step. That there is a power so beyond our comprehension and understanding exists is believed by astronomers, physicists, scientists, cosmologists ... whatever ... this power by whatever name you wish to give it ... is in motion, is factual, we see it and sense it all around us. To argue against this creative force is to argue against the Big Bang
@no1hoopsman I am denying that your claim of a power can exist. Once you provide me with some evidence, maybe I'll believe he exists. Either way, unless God directly tells me the Bible is wrong, I wouldn't worship him because he is a disgusting, hateful, immoral, proinfantifcide, progenocide, proslavery, sexist, rasist and homophobic according to your Bible. I might believe he exists, but I will never worship that fucking pile of garbage. I'm better than the God portrayed in your silly book.
@66gt40lm Of course you are entitled to your opinion on the Bible and God; that's all it is, but lets stick to the science bit and ignorance. In the 4th century, theologians proclaimed that the 7 days in Genesis was actually metaphorical, not literal. Their claim was that the world was made instantly. How accurate was that ? And this was deduced by thought process; this doesn't sound like ignorance to me
@66gt40lm And you are quite right; I don't know that God either, I don't know where people get him from; or is it her ? I can never remember which gender..tut tut..... but of course there isn't one
@glooozo Do you know the expression "Everyone is entitled to be stupid but you're abusing the privilege"? I know people (which means all of us) can say stupid things at times but some of these calls are so extreme it makes me sceptical. The show has been accused of faking these calls. I don't buy that but that doesn't mean that all of the calls are genuine.
@mikelheron20 I used to work in radio. EVERY show has spoof callers. When things are going slow, they have someone on the staff call in and ask a pre-set question. You won't find a radio talk show anywhere in the USA that doesn't do that.
The christian god isn't worth the worship that fundies seem to think he deserves. He was an evil being if he exists; there is no benevolent context by which you can or should kill children.
@micometer atheists have maintained that the existence of evil makes the existence of God improbable , I do not believe that God is evil; I believe that God is good. If God is good, then why is there evil in the world? The answer is 'Free Will' or 'Choice'. God allows human beings to have the freedom to choose between good and evil, and the choices a person makes can affect others as well as himself. Wars can be caused by the evil actions of a few individuals.
I'm an Atheist and I most say that I am ignorant in regard to biblical mythology. It never interested me even in the days when they were trying to pound it into me! I found it boring and I also found the stories to be unbelieveable even before I gave Atheism any serious consideration.
@Fire23eater you have not met him, you have felt in your heart that he is there and with you and is active in your life. I know I felt it to, I told people that I knew god existed and the proof was I had met jesus, but when they asked me to bring him around for dinner I would say well you meet him in your heart...I am not saying what you feel or need to feel is wrong, but unless god physically came into your life as a provable form then you have not met him.
To PullyElbow27: In the bible Jesus spoke in the four gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, & John of the signs of his coming-The Rapture-and what events will take place right before his appearing. Now, God is the only one that knows this day and the hour of The Rapture of the Church-The Bride of Christ Jesus. Ezekiel, Daniel, Zacheriah, and Hosea are Prophets from the Old Testamnet. Their prophesies have ALL COME TO PASS, RIGHT NOW. The prophecies of Jesus & John the Revelator are happening now.
@idahopaula blah blah blah, do you know how many times throughout the last 2000 years people have said that, in just the last 200 years people in large groups have gathered for the rapture, aint happened yet, and as far as those prophecy's coming true, no they have not, any OT prophecy that came true in the NT can not be considered because first you have to prove the bible, second, many prophecy's you are talking about are like Nostradamus predictions, just guessing history will repeat itself.
To Akira625: The "end of the gentile age" which is right now has come to fruition. We are all living in the "End Times" before the return of our Lord Jesus is the clouds at the Rapture of the church-The bride of Jesus. All 300 prophectic signs have come to pass since the restoration of Israel as a state on May 15, 1948. This was the beginning of all prophectic fulfillment of the end of the church age. The prophets Daniel, Ezekiel, and the Book of Revelation, and Matthew speak of ALL SIGNS. Amen.
To libomann: "Grow -up and Good Luck" really? Is that all you have to comment about on here? You are something my dear One. Your eyes have blinders on and your ears have failed you. You shut the door on God and I have opened the door to God. We both live on this planet as human beings. But, I choose God because I know and believe he exists here and in heaven. I do not run my life using luck honey. I do not need luck. My life here belongs to Jesus Christ, my Savior and Redeemer. May God Bless You

To bandicoot802: You have many things to learn Dear One. Little do you realize what you are saying here. We are living in the "End Times" before the return of Jesus for his church. You are ignorant of this or you do not care? Either way, you will be left behind after the Rapture takes place and will suffer horrible consequences here on earth by the hand of Almighty God. If you choose to perish and go to hell you will remember my words down there. God desires you in heaven.
To yeshuahfullofit: My Dear One, I assume you are the "educated" one here and I am the "dummy." Right? Well, we will see what happens come judgment day and what God has to say. Thank-you for your kind words. I appreciate your support on here. I do not want you to go to hell. Hell is a real place and so is heaven. If you choose to reject Jesus Christ hell is your alternative forever. You may make fun of it right now in this life; however if you go to hell you will remember my words. God Bless You
To bandicoot802: It is not called "revelations" with an "s" on the end Dear One. It is called The Book of Revelation. Christians are not out to prove anything here in this fallen and secular world. You do not understand this at all. The entire bible is the INSPIRED word of God. If you choose to reject it you will suffer the eternal consequences of HELL, GEHENNA, SHEOL, AND TARTURUS-these are compartments in hell according to your sins comitted here on earth. I only pray you come to Jesus.
@idahopaula You are a perfect example of why the book of Apokalupsis (Revelation) was the most hotly debated for inclusion into the canon. It was feared that the uneducated, ignorant masses would take the tale literally. It appears their fears were well founded.
@idahopaula learn to quote correctly and I don't care what the book is called. BTW if god or whoever you believe in sends me to hell, at least it'll be warm. Listen atheists don't come knocking at your door with sermons and shit, I don't try to force atheism on my christian friends let them believe what they want.
To xynth101088: About God: OUR CREATOR DOES NOT MAKE MISTAKES. GOD IS PERFECT AND EVERLASTING!!! HE IS THE FIRST AND THE LAST. HE IS THE BEGINNING AND THE END OF ALL THINGS. HE IS ALPHA AND THE OMEGA!!!
GOD IS YOUR CREATOR AND TAKES LIFE AND GIVES LIFE !FOREVER AND EVER. MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND KEEP YOU! AMEN!
I don't know if I would call atheism a rejection of the idea of god...I mean, I don't reject the idea of Santa, fairies, pixies, or gremlins. I simply don't believe they exist due to lack of evidence.
@BastEternal The null hypothesis is technically the rejection of the assertion. There is a lot of small technicalities in which you could say its not the "rejection" but it doesn't change the meaning; atheists lack belief in a god.
Well yes, I do often say I lack believe in a god. I guess I don't like that word "rejection," it reminds me of rejecting someone's help or rejecting a slice of cake that's been offered...the help and the cake are proven to exist.
God hasn't been proven to exist, so I don't like saying I "reject" the existence of god.
@BastEternal That's the wonder... and downfall of the English language in text. Every word has several meanings as you surely know and everyone may interpret something completely different.
Not to worry, we all make typos and even I dislike using certain words in certain context.
@MarcusEFN is it not? I thought atheism was supposed to "prove" how wrong religion was or is? Conversely, religion is trying to prove our wrong everyone else is by bombing the shit out of their country.
@cpufightclub No! Atheism is nothing but a lack of belief in God(s). Nothing else! There are many Atheists who realize that Religion has and is still causing so much violence and harm to people.
I think i've lost count on how many times i've been told that i deserve eternal torture.
The burden of proof still lies on theists who are making a claim that God(s) exist.
To xynth101088: Here is my response to you: It is called "The Book of Revelation" and the island is called "Patmos." And, it is off the coast of Greece. The Apostle John who knew Jesus Christ first hand was exiled to Patmos in the year 90 AD. for spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The Romans ruled in that time frame and the Romans burned the Jewish Temple down in Jerusalem- in 70 AD. There are no "shrooms" or "mushrooms" on Patmos. It had a prison there and rock quarrys only. God Bless You.
To AFantasticCat: Here is my response: You may say ,"I am wrong, but God does not." You are "of this secular and fallen world." I live in this world , but I AM NOT OF IT. True christians live in this fallen world full of evil and run by Lucifer (right now) the devil and his demons, but christians are not a part OF IT Dear One. End of the story will be when Jesus comes in The Rapture for his church and in his 2nd coming at the end of the 7 year Tribulation period. Jesus will put Lucifer in hell.
@idahopaula Just want to point this out because you waste any more time believing in the non sense that is talked about in the book of revelations. The guy who wrote it is supposedly from an island that is famous for having really awesome shrooms. Now, I don't know how true that is, but after reading the book and then thinking about that little nugget of information it really makes a lot of sense.
To MrAgentGreeny: This is my response: You may be rude and nasty to me on here, but God is keeping track of every VILE THING you say to me. You are destined for the pit of HELL unless you change your life and come to Jesus Christ. Your SINS are keeping you separated from God and Jesus. Do you want to spend an eternity in HELL FIRE AND DAMNATION? That is where you are headed one second after you take your very last breath here on earth. God help you! You are going to die in your sins DEAR ONE.
@idahopaula This reminds me of the song "Santa is Coming to Town". Only instead of not getting any presents we get to go to hell.
But anyway a threat of an imaginary place that was thought up to scare people into worshiping an imaginary being isn't going to scare anyone. It just makes you sound like a loon.
To: vau0807 This is my response: When Lucifer rebeled in heaven there was NO SIN IN EXISTENCE. Sin was not yet in heaven or the world at this time. Earth was VOID. In heaven all of the angels were worshipping God. Even Lucifer, as he guarded the Beema Seat of God and was in charge of all the musical creations in heaven with millions of angels. I will tell you, there is nothing in Genesis that supports God KNOWING LUCIFER WOULD BE PUFFED UP WITH PRIDE. GOD DID NOT know Lucifer would turn on him.
@idahopaula Well someone clearly hasn't read their bible. It says quite a few times that God is all knowing. So he did know everything in advanced which is why the bible is such an odd book. God fails so many times and each and every time he claims he knew it would happen then tries to make a new plan to fix his past failures only for something else to come in a screw it up again, and this goes on and on until it gets down to Jesus. Aka the scapegoat for God to repay himself. (con't)
@idahopaula Also not only is their evidence of Lucifer in Genesis there is barely any evidence in the bible at all about him. Infact the few lines that even mention him are talking about a human king that was supposedly corrupt, and i say supposedly because only the jews thought it because they were at war with him. And most if not all of the gibberish you spewed out isn't even in the bible. All of this crap about God and Lucifer were stories written after the bible. and are just that, stories.
To Tarynus: This is my response: You do not have to agree with me Dear One. I know you have a very different look at God Almighty. Unless a person receives the Holy Spirit inside of the heart one cannot know God. The statements you made concerning God and his "brillance" is one the proceeds from the mouth of a secular human being-such as yourself. Unless you accept Jesus Christ into your heart & repent of your sins you will never understand the ways of God
@idahopaula But does the bible not say God is infinite and all knowing? I know the Bible does not use those words, but he seems rather limited in knowledge in the Old Testament, and on occasion even in the New Testament despite the claim he is infinite. A majority of Christians claim that time is irrelevant to God, as he perceives all moments in time to the greatest depth all the time. God also drew the line on what is acceptable, and gave us a reason to be tempted by it. Then gives punishes us.
@idahopaula This is my response: You do not have to agree with me Silly One. I know you have a very different look at the Flying Spaghetti Monster. Unless a person receives the Noodling Appendage upon the cheek, one cannot know FSM. The statements you made about the God of Abraham and his "ways" proceeds from the mouth of a christian human being such as yourself. Unless you accept FSM into your heart and call out "Ramen!" in respect and servitude, you will never understand the ways of FSM.
@idahopaula you do not have beliefs of your own and i pity you for that.. you either had another persons beliefs pushed into you at an early age or you imprinted on the first system of reason you came across that seemed safe; like a baby duck who follows a cat. you should wonder what it would have been like to grow up never talking to another person. what would you believe then? without your words in books written by PEOPLE. you need publicly verifiable evidence of something for it to be real.
To Animehound: This is my response: It is so easy to "blame God" isn't it! For all of the problems of this fallen world. Well, please let me tell you something. This is biblical and this is in the first book of the bible-Genesis. God made Lucifer and Lucifer was the highest angel God created in heaven. God DID NOT KNOW Lucifer would rebel and become "puffed up with arrogance and pride". As it is written in the book of Proverbs,. "Pride goeth before a fall."
@idahopaula Well, God IS responsible for his own creations, just like you would be responsible for your children if they got hurt in your care
The Bible claims God is Omnipotent, Omnipresent, Omniscient & onmibenevolent; he couldn't find Abel after Cain killed him & hid his body, he didn't know Lucifer was going to try & overthrow him, he can't stop Lucifer from doing whatever he likes & he happily murdered millions of people after making a law AGAINST murder
To hanspeterpitsch: This is my response: God DID NOT create sin. LUCIFER DID. God cannot be in the presence of ANY SIN, ANYTIME, ANYWHERE. God is onmipresent and He does not allow ANY SIN IN HEAVEN. God did plant this tree of the"Knowledge of Good and Evil" in the garden. Man and was created with a "free will". We all have a free will. This tree was there and God said eat anything here, but of this particular tree. It was a "test of their obedience" to God. As God wants our love. God Bless
@idahopaula If god created Lucifer and Lucifer made the choice to rebel then God is responsible since he knew that the events were going to happen regardless.
To MagnusNyborg: This is my response: No, Dear One you have the wrong information about our Creator God Almighty! God created man for his own pleasure and to have a pure relationship with him WITHOUT ANY SIN. Adam and Eve and all people were originally created to be "sinless" and without evil in this world. But, Lucifer came into the garden to DECIEVE GOD'S CREATION-MAN. And, the devil won this time. Man did fall for the the tricks and deception of Lucifer. God DID NOT CREATE SIN-MAN DID. Amen
@idahopaula God created everything supposedly, including the concept of sin. And he knew adam and eve would fall for it. Of course they would, they didn't have the knowledge. God knew exactly what was gonna happen and let it be. So he punishes the whole mankind for his own problems. Good thing it's a fiction.
To KazeKirin: This is my response: You sure have a "run on sentence structure" in your grammer. Wow! You speak like the secular, hedonistic, postmodern human variety non-believing atheist. A rather "garden variety type". Okay Dear One. No. God made human beings originally sin free! Adam and Eve were created without sin. So was Lucifer. However, because Adam and Eve disobeyed God in the garden SIN CAME INTO THIS WORLD. As a result every person born since that time is BORN INTO SIN. Amen!
@idahopaula - the fact that you actually believe in "Adam" and "Eve" and "Lucifer" shows your inability to think rationally, to question the absurd. Grow up. And good luck.
To Theodore Pike: This is my response: I have NO HATRED for anybody! I feel as Jesus Christ would feel as I do not wish anybody to go to hell forever. Why must you say "failure?". I am not in a contest or test here to see if I pass or fail dear one. I am here to talk about the Good News of Jesus Christ and why he died on the cross for ALL PEOPLE. Jesus came as a substitute for all of us as we are born "sinners". Jesus is our redemption and makes us acceptable to God in heaven. God Bless You Amen
@idahopaula If we are born sinners then God made us that way, then sent Jesus as a loophole for a rule he created to get out of making us all evil by default. So by your standards we are all evil and created by God at birth to be evil, but because God is SO generous he'll ignore that he made us evil because he made us butcher him to please himself. So instead he'll judge us for life and torture us for eternity if we screw up once, or just not believe his 2000 year old book of desert scribblings.
To kalajel: This is my response: I am not here to "take a break" from anything. Yes, I am sad because I realize people that do not know Jesus WILL be in hell forever! TIME IS SHORT! Jesus will be here very soon for his church. And, I MUST tell you about him and the eternal consequences if you choose to ignore me and the words of God! I MUST tell you even if you despise me-it is ok. I realize you do not believe as I do ; however, I am on here to tell you thet HELL IS VERY REAL!
To Bookwyrm86: This is my response: Dear One, I am not drooling; nor do I have any glee about discussing hell. It saddens me because I am talking about judgments from God. It is written according to God's word-the Holy Bible that there will be eternal judgment for those people that reject Jesus Christ. I get no satisfaction from this-the opposite is true. I wish for ALL people to know God, his only Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit (God's Spirit) like I do. The Holy Spirit lets me speak. Amen.
@idahopaula If you don't like talking about hell and it saddens you so much, then why don't you just stop?
Stop telling us we're going to burn in hell for all eternity. I for one know that we are all sick and tired of having holier-than-thou bible thumpers telling us we'll burn in hell for all eternity simply because we chose to think for ourselves instead of having somebody else tell us what we should believe.
Taking a break from all the threats of eternal damnation will do everybody some good.
To all of you that HATE GOD! In these last days before the return of Jesus in the clouds for his church ,"men will dream dreams and women shall have visions". This is a direct quote from the bible and from God. You can mock me and be scornful. I expect this from those that are caught up in this fallen and dying world. Lucifer already has you in his cluthches. You will remember my words when you pass from this world to the next world-for if you REJECT JESUS you WILL BE IN HELL FOREVER! Amen!
@idahopaula Do you suppose you could try not to salivate and drool so much when you rant about your hell? Seriously, it's sickening to see the virtually unbridled glee you display when you rant on about how everyone but you or those you approve of will fry in it. There is something deeply wrong with you if you genuinely believe that an eternity of "punishment' is in any way just. Punishment is meant to be corrective. Eternal "punishment" is just torture for torture's sake.
To LamaPaj: This is my response: Wow! You are wrong and how dare you JUDGE ME. Based on my few words here to come up with that assertion? You are educated , maybe, in worldly and secular teachings? I am educated in these teachings too; however, dear one, I am also educated by God, Jesus Christ, the Son of God, and by the Holy Spirit! Amen! And, to God be the Glory Forever and Ever! Hallelujah to the Lamb that was slain on the cross at Calvery! God Bless You and I am praying for you.
This is my response about religious people vs ignorance?? Wow! You really have something there Matt, don't you -you are a fool! You have no idea what you are spewing out of your SICK MOUTH and your UNGODLY MIND! You make me sick with all of this talk of christians being UNEDUCATED, IGNORANT, STUPID, UNSCIENTIFIC, NOT TRUE MATT! I am a christian and VERY EDUCATED my dear one! I am very sorry that you do not consider God as your Creator. Lucifer has you right in the PALM OF HIS HAND! Amen.
God has manifested his glory and shown me wonderful things. God can do the same to you if you like. I have seen how God transform the life of others in a way impossible to reproduce by treatments, drugs or psychoanalysis. God had given me signs of things unknown to me that I have personally confirmed to be true after. God is conscious energy. There isn't a single argument to disprove his existence and many to support it. Your life will be better and you will be happier, then why not to believe?
Religion will disappear from this planet in 2 more centuries, the new generations of the world will make more use of the brains and common sense than some people at the present time, the new generations will learn that religions evolved from myths, tattle tales*, superstitions, if our universe has millions of years of existance, human beings will be able to wait around 200 years. * some tattle tales: Adan and Eve, original sin, some ghosts watching us from the sky, the rainbow etc etc etc etc.
@tovartalero Actually, you can prove a negative. There is overwhelming evidence there was no flood. The lack of evidence is not all we have to go on. We have much to prove the assertion that it did not happen. Since I can't seem to post links, Go to the "answers in Genesis" website and put "flood" in the search box.
Enlil god of the Jews and Christens everywhere wanted the human race destroyed. It was Enki that saved the human race. Anu father of these two brothers said to them teach the humans knowledge and religion and depart. The planet was then given to the humans. Enlil indoctrinated the Hebrews so as to not take the word of Enki. The Egyptians and Romans were indoctrinated by Enki. every thing in between were the cult beliefs of their off spring. from India to south america. The Lost Book of Enki
Can you guys add subtitles? Me and many other brazilians have to watch this in different channels (for subtitles) and sometimes they are not reliable and stuff. English subtitles are not a problem for us, we just cant understand what they are saying sometimes.
@mtjpb001 Vc nao perdeu nada pq e tudo bobagem mesmo.
The essential ordered functions of hydrogen and most of the most common elements working inside of us require a Maker who is also the Maker of the entire universe derived from hydrogen and as the Maker of all matter, He is not made of the matter that He made all by Himself because there's also no other evidence of any other maker than this Maker of hydrogen and all of the elements derived from it. (repete 1000 vezes pra intender bem)
The first step to faith is to accept the laws of science then wrap your mind around "quantum entanglement" then realize that this is the mechanism of PRAYER! then think about whether an electron is a particle or a wave and accept that this is the mechanism of faith
@HoLOLcaust yeah well I'm familiar with the term and do my best to contribute to 4chan as much as the next bored Caucasian anonymous person, but i still have an opinion and I still don't like it and it's still funny :-)
The truth of God's word is reasonable and rational. It is above and beyond most people's realm of thinking.
The function of hydrogen inside of us shows that the entire universe has a Maker.
Our Maker is also the only one who is able to do anything for us.
The truth is so obvious as is the will to deny it.
The function of an arrowhead exists only because it has a maker. The same is true for the hydrogen ion pumps that use the uneven gradient to manufacture ATP.
@teedonster2 The function of hydrogen inside of us does show that we have a Maker who is all knowing, all powerful and eternal, outside of time and space. The only true teaching is that only our Maker Himself, in person, is able to be our Savior because no one else can be. God told Adam and Eve that someone born of a woman would be our Savior. As soon as sin entered into the world, word of the provision for sin was given.
what they say is irrelevant. i work with facts, not anecdotal claims made by lay people.
there are no historical records or even genealogies that go back to adam and eve. you are lying.
hydrogen doesn't have a function. hydrogen exists 1,000 light years from me, how is that influncing my life? lol
ATP? lol... i know all there is to know about it. nothing to do with god or the supernatural. and we need to seek food in order to get nutrients to produce ATP.
@transtlantic There are billions of spinning shafts inside of us. Someone won a nobel prise for proving that several years back. All spinning motors have a spinning shaft.
There are only so many ways to have a hydrogen ion motor work.
The Maker of the function of hydrogen is the Maker of all matter in the universe and the Maker of all matter is not made of matter Himself.
i am a medical doctor. and in all of my education i never read or heard about "shafts" inside of us. you might have a shaft up yours right now, considering how tight you sound in your logic.
"spinning motors"? there are not motors inside cells. someone won a nobel prize? many. but never for showing shafts inside cells.
Voltage gated proton channels is that what you are talking about? those are channels, not motors.
therefore there is no maker. i proved you wrong, once again.
@transtlantic You proved nothing other than you lack of knowledge. The nobel scientists put a filament on the end of a shaft and took a moving picture of the filament spinning.
@transtlantic Keep talking and show everone how much you do not know.
You still did not account for the origin of the layers of sediments a mile deep covering all of the continents so anything you say is in regard to evolution is meaningless.
@JungleJargon dude @transtlantic gave u a challenge, this is where u either name a book where this is mentioned or a Nobel prize scientist, if u can't just admit it and take your defeat like a man, don't then change the subject. And sedimentation has nothing to do with this subject (the ones u 2 where talking bout, but i don't mind explaining what it is? if u really want me to)
@JungleJargon What does ATPsyntheses have to dude with Sedimentation??? you are confusing different subjects. ATP is a Enzyme that creates energy for cells by synthesizing adenosine triphosphate, and Sedimentation is about layers in certain rock formations, caused by millions of years of dieing creatures in an area, trapping million years of information with them. We can find information about the past because of it.
@BlackMoridin Sedimentation proves there was a flood which proves there was no evolution and also proves the account of Creation.
ATP does not "create" energy. The energy itself is created by the uneven hydrogen ion gradient that powers motors that turn shafts that *manufactrure* the ATP molecule to make living possible.
"The past" is 4400 years ago when the flood happened and the entire earth was covered with nine trillion cubic meters of sediments. No amount of erosion can account for that.
@JungleJargon my question whats WHAT DOES ATP HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS whole subject. plus sediments has nothing to do with water, critters can live everywhere, so your point is void, considering the fact that sediments can be produced by land creatures aswell it doesn't prove anything was under water. but even if your statement was true, why isn't the whole world covered with sedimentation? cause if there was a world flood the world would have to be covered with it. and it's not.
@BlackMoridin ATP is the result of the function that hydrogen ions have inside of us.
The whole world is covered with sedimentation. That is my point. Every continent and mountain chain consists of the layers of sediments deposited by the flood. The fossil current ripples show the direction of flow that the continents had over them at various stages of the flood.
Even Antarctica is covered with sediment layers. That is the whole point!
@liadsman That's not how it works. The function of most of the most common elements in the universe being ordered by a preexist word is evidence of a speaker of that preexisting word that not only made the elements to function but also ordered the elements so that they would function.
@JungleJargon What the testicles? There is no evidence of the common elements of the universe being ordered by a 'preexisting word'. Stop talking out of your religious arse.
@MegaLolburger Most of the most common elements are able to obey a preexisting word written in and with the universally interchangeable function that the elements were made to have. That is observable science.
...and you thought there was no evidence of your Maker.
@JungleJargon There is no 'pre-existing word'. Elements don't and can't obey anything; they aren't concious, intelligent, or self aware. That's like saying my shit is follows a 'pre-existing word and function'. You can use elements for all sorts of things; and they dont always 'obey' a single function. I don't 'think' there is no evidence; I KNOW there isn't; and your pesudo science and common Religious logical fallacies aren't doing anything to support your ridiculous point.
@JungleJargon This logical fallacy is bullshit. On an atomic level, Particles of matter may simply pop into existence without warning, and then equally abruptly disappear again. Or a particle in one place may suddenly materialize in another place, or reverse its direction of motion. This is observable today (This also goes against the religious 'cause and effect' argument that is used against the Big Bang) nothing is perfect or orderly. It only seems so to the narrow minded.
@MegaLolburger ...and yet most of the most common elements are still able to obey a preexisting word written in and with the universallly interchangeable function that the elements were made with. It's all observable science. What you're describing is the fabrication of time and space on the atomic level. All of this fabrication is all relative and yet there is function that makes possible our existence. It's all subject to change and yet we are 6,000 year old technology that's not obsolete yet.
@JungleJargon Again, circling back to this garbage about a pre-existing word. Tell me what this pre-existing word is, tell me what the 'universally interchangeable function the element are made with' are and provide evidence. You are spouting religious pseudo-science on a mind blowing scale. No that's not what im describing... You should actually research Quantum theory.
Please tell me this is satire and that you don't actually believe the shit you are talking...
@MegaLolburger There's no evidence for the beliefs that you have.
The preexisting word that makes life forms what they are is observable.
It's also observable that most of the most common elements that we consist entirely of are essential working parts inside of us.
We should know that nothing ever has any function unless it is made to have function because the function of the elements requires intent and design which requires having a Maker because the elements obey a preesisting word.
Unless you come up with something, there is no evidence that ojects can do anything without being ordered to do something. That is logical. Anything more is unproven magic that objects are not capable of.
@JungleJargon No, you idiot, the burden of proof is on the one making the claim. YOU have to provide evidence for the pre exisitng word that is 'written'. Which you can't aqnd haven't.
Your whole claim is based on a common logical fallacy which instantly renders you a narrow minded tool. It is also the reason you fail to provide solid tangible evidence. Stop being so foolish.
Atheism takes pride in being created by the very religious people they disassociate with. The agenda of despotic men have left fools arguing over filler. Perhaps it is man that should not have pride in their beliefs. Humanity tends to be foolish. The Universe is the creator. It is simple.

The title of this clip is undoubtedly not true; religion in general requires man to be the best he can be and to use the skills and talents he has for the good of mankind.
no1hoopsman 1 week ago
@no1hoopsman Not true. Religion teaches to hate other people that don´t share your faith. A fact! religion is hypocresy
Angelotube5000 1 week ago
@Angelotube5000 No religion that I am aware of preaches this; people may do for their own ends to manipulate others, but any faith I am aware of actually teaches love for others and goodness as the foundation; the idea of a murderous God is quite clearly contradictory and was addressed hundreds of years ago by theologians
no1hoopsman 1 week ago
@no1hoopsman The entire basis of religion is to accept a deity on "faith", and to retain and strengthen that faith in the face of any evidence to the contrary....The title of this clip couldn't BE more accurate. The most revered among the religious, are those that proudly proclaim their faith, despite all the questions asked, past and present...The most reviled are those that ask the questions.
Exvictus 5 days ago
@Exvictus That is not correct; the faith bit actually only comes after questions have been asked. Certainly my understanding of faith is to query when new discoveries are made; there are plenty of religious scientists who do this on a daily basis in terms of science, and we do it every day as a matter of course (we as every human being) whether consciously or subconsciously I suggest; the answer may not be faith or God, but the question is there
no1hoopsman 5 days ago
@no1hoopsman No, you are incorrect. Indoctrination of your children keeps them from asking those questions, and faith is the reason people believe to start. Typically, you are taught to no ask questions. I mean, the very definition of faith is to believe without evidence. If you don't have evidence, you obviously never asked questions, whether it was to yourself or asking others. Also, there are very, very few religious scientists.
66gt40lm 4 days ago
@66gt40lm It may be typical in your thought process but not mine, children ask all sorts of questions from a very early age as a natural part of their being, and that is not my definition of faith; faith and reason is the doctrine of the Catholic church for example. There are more religious scientists than you would assume is what I contend, and some have been winning awards of late
no1hoopsman 4 days ago
@no1hoopsman And the few questions that are asked are answered with "because God woks in mysterious ways" and "you just gotta have faith." I mean, there are a couple other typical responses from those people, but all of the answers in general are non-answers. Faith, by definition, is believing something without evidence. Reason and religion are completely contradictory. Whether a reasonable person is religious, they didn't use reason to come to the God conclusion; they made God fit the evidence.
66gt40lm 4 days ago
@66gt40lm What is contradictory about a force or power that created this whole existence/universes and including humanity as a natural part of that process ? There is nothing unreasonable about that concept whatsoever
no1hoopsman 4 days ago
@no1hoopsman Because you claim the force or power is God, which is backed by absolutely NO evidence. It's completely unreasonable to believe a magic sky daddy just willed us into existence when the evidence lacks for such a cause. I don't see how a person who uses any thought process whatsoever can't see this point.
66gt40lm 3 days ago
@66gt40lm I suggest there is nothing unreasonable about a power that is creative, that is for good and has an objective. Would you deny that such a power can exist ?
no1hoopsman 3 days ago
@no1hoopsman There is something unreasonable about it when there is no evidence for it! I suggest you stop believing shit on faith and actually think rationally instead of believing you have a special friend in the sky who created you. It could be true, but if it is, I highly doubt it's any God we've thought of. Considering all of the Gods we've created are immoral, hateful and laughable absurd, I can safely conclude that your God is not for good or has any positive objective.
66gt40lm 3 days ago
@66gt40lm But the Big Bang is power; power enough to create this whole existence; all the stars and universes and cosmos. Lets take it step by step. That there is a power so beyond our comprehension and understanding exists is believed by astronomers, physicists, scientists, cosmologists ... whatever ... this power by whatever name you wish to give it ... is in motion, is factual, we see it and sense it all around us. To argue against this creative force is to argue against the Big Bang
no1hoopsman 3 days ago
@no1hoopsman I am denying that your claim of a power can exist. Once you provide me with some evidence, maybe I'll believe he exists. Either way, unless God directly tells me the Bible is wrong, I wouldn't worship him because he is a disgusting, hateful, immoral, proinfantifcide, progenocide, proslavery, sexist, rasist and homophobic according to your Bible. I might believe he exists, but I will never worship that fucking pile of garbage. I'm better than the God portrayed in your silly book.
66gt40lm 3 days ago
@66gt40lm Of course you are entitled to your opinion on the Bible and God; that's all it is, but lets stick to the science bit and ignorance. In the 4th century, theologians proclaimed that the 7 days in Genesis was actually metaphorical, not literal. Their claim was that the world was made instantly. How accurate was that ? And this was deduced by thought process; this doesn't sound like ignorance to me
no1hoopsman 3 days ago

@micometer atheists have maintained that the existence of evil makes the existence of God improbable , I do not believe that God is evil; I believe that God is good. If God is good, then why is there evil in the world? The answer is 'Free Will' or 'Choice'. God allows human beings to have the freedom to choose between good and evil, and the choices a person makes can affect others as well as himself. Wars can be caused by the evil actions of a few individuals.

@BastEternal The null hypothesis is technically the rejection of the assertion. There is a lot of small technicalities in which you could say its not the "rejection" but it doesn't change the meaning; atheists lack belief in a god.
micometer 3 weeks ago
@micomete
Well yes, I do often say I lack believe in a god. I guess I don't like that word "rejection," it reminds me of rejecting someone's help or rejecting a slice of cake that's been offered...the help and the cake are proven to exist.

@idahopaula But does the bible not say God is infinite and all knowing? I know the Bible does not use those words, but he seems rather limited in knowledge in the Old Testament, and on occasion even in the New Testament despite the claim he is infinite.

Amen!
idahopaula 3 months ago
@idahopaula if god does not exist, he also didnt create the garden of eden, and man was not born into sin.
If god does exist, and he is allpowerfull and allknowing, he intentionally made us sinners. That would make him immoral.
If god exists, but is not allpowerfull and allknowing, he is useless.

God Bless You Amen
idahopaula 3 months ago
@idahopaula If we are born sinners then God made us that way, then sent Jesus as a loophole for a rule he created to get out of making us all evil by default. So by your standards we are all evil and created by God at birth to be evil, but because God is SO generous he'll ignore that he made us evil because he made us butcher him to please himself. So instead he'll judge us for life and torture us for eternity if we screw up once, or just not believe his 2000 year old book of desert scribblings.

Taking a break from all the threats of eternal damnation will do everybody some good.

There is something deeply wrong with you if you genuinely believe that an eternity of "punishment' is in any way just. Punishment is meant to be corrective. Eternal "punishment" is just torture for torture's sake.

Religion is a strawman.
JungleJargon 7 months ago
@JungleJargon so your saying religions are wrong but god could still exist? if so i could agree
teedonster2 7 months ago
@teedonster2 The function of hydrogen inside of us does show that we have a Maker who is all knowing, all powerful and eternal, outside of time and space. The only true teaching is that only our Maker Himself, in person, is able to be our Savior because no one else can be. God told Adam and Eve that someone born of a woman would be our Savior. As soon as sin entered into the world, word of the provision for sin was given.
JungleJargon 7 months ago
@JungleJargon
hydrogen don't have a function. hydrogen proves god doesn't exist. as the sole electron inside of it moves by itself and in a random pattern.
"outside time and space"? so as real as a pink unicorn! LOLOL
adam and eve? lol..evidence for that crap?
hey, retard...why would god create the trees that cause us allergies?
transtlantic 7 months ago
@transtlantic They say that if you had been fed breast milk and has exposure to the elements when a child, you would not have allergies.
There are historical records and genealogies that go back to Adam and Eve.
If hydrogen did not function, you would not be living. Learn something about ATP.
JungleJargon 7 months ago
@JungleJargon
what they say is irrelevant. i work with facts, not anecdotal claims made by lay people.
there are no historical records or even genealogies that go back to adam and eve. you are lying.
hydrogen doesn't have a function. hydrogen exists 1,000 light years from me, how is that influncing my life? lol
ATP? lol... i know all there is to know about it. nothing to do with god or the supernatural. and we need to seek food in order to get nutrients to produce ATP.
no god. again.
transtlantic 7 months ago
@transtlantic You don't even know that over irrigation makes the land salty.
It is hydrogen ions that run the motors that turn the shafts that make ATP.
That function requires a Maker that would know how to do such a thing.
JungleJargon 7 months ago
@JungleJargon
over irrigation with pure water can't make the land salty, dumbshit. stands to reason.
wait..."shafts"? there are no shafts inside cells, dumbshit.
and it's more than hydrogen, it's also: oxygen, nitrogen, carbon (mainly), etc...
and there are countless variations to such "Motors". subject to random change. meaning: the "maker" is an impossibility. physical impossibility.
"maker" - begging the question logical fallacy.
and who made the maker? lol..
you fail, retard. again.
transtlantic 7 months ago
@transtlantic There are billions of spinning shafts inside of us. Someone won a nobel prise for proving that several years back. All spinning motors have a spinning shaft.
There are only so many ways to have a hydrogen ion motor work.
The Maker of the function of hydrogen is the Maker of all matter in the universe and the Maker of all matter is not made of matter Himself.
JungleJargon 7 months ago
@JungleJargon
i am a medical doctor. and in all of my education i never read or heard about "shafts" inside of us. you might have a shaft up yours right now, considering how tight you sound in your logic.
"spinning motors"? there are not motors inside cells. someone won a nobel prize? many. but never for showing shafts inside cells.
Voltage gated proton channels is that what you are talking about? those are channels, not motors.
therefore there is no maker. i proved you wrong, once again.
transtlantic 7 months ago
@transtlantic You proved nothing other than you lack of knowledge. The nobel scientists put a filament on the end of a shaft and took a moving picture of the filament spinning.
JungleJargon 7 months ago
@JungleJargon
lack of knowledge? lol...sure sure... considering that you think biblical floods happen just because a fiction book says it happened.. LOLOL
"put a filament on the end of a shaft"? again....: there are no shafts inside cells.
try name me ONE single source where such is mentioned. or even the nobel prize that said: "shafts"
hint: i win.
transtlantic 7 months ago
@transtlantic Keep talking and show everone how much you do not know.
You still did not account for the origin of the layers of sediments a mile deep covering all of the continents so anything you say is in regard to evolution is meaningless.
JungleJargon 7 months ago

lol....and where is the source that supports your claim for that layer that you mention? oh...right... you are full of shit.

transtlantic 7 months ago
@JungleJargon dude @transtlantic gave u a challenge, this is where u either name a book where this is mentioned or a Nobel prize scientist, if u can't just admit it and take your defeat like a man, don't then change the subject. And sedimentation has nothing to do with this subject (the ones u 2 where talking bout, but i don't mind explaining what it is? if u really want me to)
BlackMoridin 7 months ago
@BlackMoridin You can look up ATP sythesis yourself.
JungleJargon 7 months ago
@JungleJargon What does ATPsyntheses have to dude with Sedimentation??? you are confusing different subjects. ATP is a Enzyme that creates energy for cells by synthesizing adenosine triphosphate, and Sedimentation is about layers in certain rock formations, caused by millions of years of dieing creatures in an area, trapping million years of information with them. We can find information about the past because of it.
BlackMoridin 7 months ago
@BlackMoridin Sedimentation proves there was a flood which proves there was no evolution and also proves the account of Creation.
ATP does not "create" energy. The energy itself is created by the uneven hydrogen ion gradient that powers motors that turn shafts that *manufactrure* the ATP molecule to make living possible.
"The past" is 4400 years ago when the flood happened and the entire earth was covered with nine trillion cubic meters of sediments. No amount of erosion can account for that.
JungleJargon 7 months ago
@JungleJargon my question whats WHAT DOES ATP HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS whole subject. plus sediments has nothing to do with water, critters can live everywhere, so your point is void, considering the fact that sediments can be produced by land creatures aswell it doesn't prove anything was under water. but even if your statement was true, why isn't the whole world covered with sedimentation? cause if there was a world flood the world would have to be covered with it. and it's not.
BlackMoridin 7 months ago
@BlackMoridin ATP is the result of the function that hydrogen ions have inside of us.
The whole world is covered with sedimentation. That is my point. Every continent and mountain chain consists of the layers of sediments deposited by the flood. The fossil current ripples show the direction of flow that the continents had over them at various stages of the flood.
Even Antarctica is covered with sediment layers. That is the whole point!
JungleJargon 7 months ago
@JungleJargon strawmen+milk+hydrogen=god.
you are absolutely not crazy.
liadsman 6 months ago
@liadsman That's not how it works. The function of most of the most common elements in the universe being ordered by a preexist word is evidence of a speaker of that preexisting word that not only made the elements to function but also ordered the elements so that they would function.
JungleJargon 6 months ago
@JungleJargon What the testicles? There is no evidence of the common elements of the universe being ordered by a 'preexisting word'. Stop talking out of your religious arse.
MegaLolburger 6 months ago
@MegaLolburger Most of the most common elements are able to obey a preexisting word written in and with the universally interchangeable function that the elements were made to have. That is observable science.
...and you thought there was no evidence of your Maker.
JungleJargon 6 months ago
@JungleJargon There is no 'pre-existing word'. Elements don't and can't obey anything; they aren't concious, intelligent, or self aware. That's like saying my shit is follows a 'pre-existing word and function'. You can use elements for all sorts of things; and they dont always 'obey' a single function. I don't 'think' there is no evidence; I KNOW there isn't; and your pesudo science and common Religious logical fallacies aren't doing anything to support your ridiculous point.
MegaLolburger 6 months ago
@JungleJargon This logical fallacy is bullshit. On an atomic level, Particles of matter may simply pop into existence without warning, and then equally abruptly disappear again. Or a particle in one place may suddenly materialize in another place, or reverse its direction of motion. This is observable today (This also goes against the religious 'cause and effect' argument that is used against the Big Bang) nothing is perfect or orderly. It only seems so to the narrow minded.
MegaLolburger 6 months ago
@MegaLolburger ...and yet most of the most common elements are still able to obey a preexisting word written in and with the universallly interchangeable function that the elements were made with. It's all observable science. What you're describing is the fabrication of time and space on the atomic level. All of this fabrication is all relative and yet there is function that makes possible our existence. It's all subject to change and yet we are 6,000 year old technology that's not obsolete yet.
JungleJargon 6 months ago
@JungleJargon there is no such thing as "preexisting word". written? where? never seen written words in elements. show it.

MegaLolburger 6 months ago
@MegaLolburger There's no evidence for the beliefs that you have.
The preexisting word that makes life forms what they are is observable.
It's also observable that most of the most common elements that we consist entirely of are essential working parts inside of us.
We should know that nothing ever has any function unless it is made to have function because the function of the elements requires intent and design which requires having a Maker because the elements obey a preesisting word.

TheEpicHill 6 months ago
@TheEpicHill You did not say or prove anything.
Unless you come up with something, there is no evidence that ojects can do anything without being ordered to do something. That is logical. Anything more is unproven magic that objects are not capable of.
JungleJargon 6 months ago
@JungleJargon No, you idiot, the burden of proof is on the one making the claim. YOU have to provide evidence for the pre exisitng word that is 'written'. Which you can't aqnd haven't.
Your whole claim is based on a common logical fallacy which instantly renders you a narrow minded tool. It is also the reason you fail to provide solid tangible evidence. Stop being so foolish.
MegaLolburger 6 months ago
@MegaLolburger I don't have to prove that objects do anything without being ordered. That is your belief, you have to prove it.
My belief is that they need order to do something.
JungleJargon 6 months ago
@JungleJargon Yes you do, you are the one making the claim the burden of proof is therefore on you. Your BELIEF therefore it needs to be backed up.
There is no evidence to suggest that they are being ordered, so you need to provide evidence of the contrary.
MegaLolburger 6 months ago
@MegaLolburger The burden of proof is on the one who thinks that objects order themselves by themselves (like you do).
It has already been proven that objects only do things when ordered to do something.
Life forms only exist when there is a preexisting word that orders them.
