BRAKING NEWS-- BANK RUN -TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO WEST INDIES, REPUBLIC BANK, ROYAL BANK, FIRST CITIZEN BANK and SCOTIABANK thousand of customers simultaneously and secretly withdrawing all their funds, because they believe that the banks might go into bankruptcy, and for fear of the bank becoming insolvent and that they the customer, will lose all their money.people are putting their money in smaller credit union banks or keeping it at home.
Funny how town people react to flooding. People in central and south Trinidad get this all the time. Sorry you you had to be introduced to it. Hopefully the authorities can finally do something about it. Bless!!
@Harriesti08 jus ftr... this happens every year in my yard. i just found it was time 2 take a video of it. last year it was the asme thing, hence the reason at the bottom u see galvanize instead of a wall, since the wall broke down due to flooding
@vanruddy sorry to hear that. I grew up in South where back in the day this happened at least once a month. I don't understand how governments come and go and they still can't find a solution to this issue. They would rather spend money investing in Carnival. Really hope THIS TIME they will do something about the issue. Again, sorry that you and your community had to go through this.
@Harriesti08 yeah dude, it's real unfortunate. although they need to invest money into carnival, because it actually is Trinidad's primary money earner. but that does not mean they should not improve infrastructure to deal with flooding and other natural disasters. ridiculous that this is a problem in 2011 still. i'm going to make noise at my regional corp everyday
