You forgot the infinite Elixirs, and the Source (Magic, IIRC) in the trees.

This video only shows you how to get Safety bit and how not to cross the rocks 3 times in a row they fail. Added Cut was up one of those hills right at the end of the video if memory serves correctly. Just got this game from the PSN level 74 at the minute just waiting for enough time to pass so I can breed the gold Chocobo. Love this game.
