i love boy's friendships. it's not that complicated & heartbreaking. without that much lies and jealous girls. even if there's some silence, even if they have some small fights, even if they don't talk for a week, it will be okay.. my best friend and me aren't that close anymore. my first love and me are strangers now. his best friend and my best friend don't say at least "hi." but he & his best friends, they'll stay like this forever. it gives me hope, in some way.

There was a lot of jealousy, especially on Ron's part, that was the fuel for their 2big fights. Ron was always jealous of Harry' popularity, Harry of Ron's family. It's complicated, there's envy and repressed feelings. It's not always perfect. But that's part of what makes it so beautiful. They love each other & stand by each other despite their mutual flaws.
Plenty of people, including myself, sometimes get distracted by the romance and shipping arguments in this series and fandom. But above all, I love the friendship, and we should remember that's what is important. <3
