I had the flaps at 30 But fraps did not record this since i was using the replay feature on fs2004...I have no idea why it doesnt record the proper state the flaps settings were during flight...

When you have used flaps right then you dont have the warning "Flaps"

set some flaps and if press the ground proximity button to avoid "too loww" callouts
