i have an instinct activated without the simply everything plan. customer care will lie to you and say that the phone will not work etc etc.. well i swapped my esn anyway and it works perfectly. checked my bill and it still says unlimited data (from my vision plan) and unl txt.. so.. what is not working?

yea it does require it bc im an existing customer and had to change my plan

u "had" to change your plan because customer care told you that you had to change your plan. but you dont HAVE to change your plan, your old plan will work fine but your bill will be outrageous unless you have a data plan
