One thing that really grinds my shit: Whenever I play, it always comes down to luck. If I even think about teching in any way, I get trounced early. And if I defend against that early, I get trounced later. It seems it always comes down to a cookie-cutter strat of one of those two... and hope to hell it fits. Really brings my piss to a boil...
Scout properly and you will be able to adapt to whatever he does, remember, he probably feels just the same way you do about your games, adapting is key.
Yes, he clearly states after that this tactic is risky so it's not recommended. This is one of those surprise games where the Toss doesn't expect this strategy.
I thought it was clever for him to build that hatchery on the cliff, for the probe would've harassed the drone if it tried to build near the minerals. On top of that, he knew it would be the strategic place to hold an early zealot rush.
What surprised me was he didn't go for the 3rd hatchery near the minerals
How is it clear that he says that? It's not clear to me - it's not clear to me what he's saying at all! Cause it's in Korean!! I don't speak Korean!!! Help!!!!!

the game was very old skool style and its very now 2 hatch or 2nd hatch at the same base = weak and toss didnt go for Fast expo he will lack money ofcourse.. if he did 2 gate he shud have pressured zerg make a forge while pressuring take his expo put cannon then gas + tech all the way to temps... i can beat that zerg player i swear
well that's what you WOULD'VE done since you saw every single one of Zerg's moves. Now, would you do that same thing in a real game against a professional Zerg player? These guys are the best of the best. You are probably just a great battle net player
Now you could in 2008 with SC having evolved form the Video recording date of 2002 pre replay era. After 6 years of SC knowledge active gaming + 6000+ pro-game vods that are available on youtube it's relative easy to criticise old-school strats. Nevertheless how good were you in 2002 ? you'd have beaten chicken shit.... and certainly non of any of these guys of KTF!
The Protoss player did a 2 gate Zealot build into Corsair + Templar tech, that took up most their money, which resulted in the lack of Dragoons. And he needed quick Forge after spotting Hydra + Lair tech because it would've taken too much time to get to observers.
Hm... Know to learn Korean...

It does help to think that these guys had only played the game for four years, as well as that the game had only been out for 4 years.

realistically, protoss by then will have over 6 dragoons and several zealot since only 2 zealot died during exploration.

Whoa, I was being sarcastic. I mean, it's true, but I thought you meant "What numbers does he hotkey his buildings to?"
So, I was being a smartass, but it helped, so great!
