I've been wanting to make a Filipino dish for my family :P

I'm american and not from Filipino decent but I have some Filipino friends and so I was hearing about some dishes and this one of them :) im a vegetarian so im happy to find this! DEFF helps me with my journey in trying out some cultural cooking! hehe Hope my comes out good :D

I cook this the same way with squash but I peel the squash and I put pork.

That looks good but I'd add black or red beans,

lots of hot spices, maybe some hot peppers

and forgive me, but I'd add shrimp too. :)

I never cooked with fish sauce.
