I'm getting a Macbook laptop in, give or take, a few weeks when it comes in the mail but I already have The Sims 3. Just one question, when playing the game on a Mac, will the screen of the game just be a square or is there a way to get full screen like a normal desktop?
I'm planning on getting pretty much the same setup as your MacBook. My current computer runs this game on medium-highish settings at about 10 fps. Do you think that your MacBook plays it better? Because basically the reason I'm upgrading to a Mac is because I want a decent reliable, and a great performing computer.
I'm going to buy it tomorrow and I think that I have the same macbook (alluminum 2008, 2GHz ,Ram 2GB 1067MHz DDR3), Do you think that it will work great?
Have you had any problems with this game so far. Is your macbook the new recent one. Also did you ever had sims 2 nightlife becuase i got that and it does not work but yet all of the others do. I am hoping that this game will work with out any problems.

I noticed that it lags ALOT in live mode but not much at all in build and buy mode
