Those rules aren't strict, they were enforced at my high school and they're there for a reason. Students need to learn that there are protocols and dress codes when they enter the work force. They should learn to take pride in their uniform. In the shopping mall after school, you can tell the elite schools from the rest because of how the students dress; ironed clothes, hair tied back neatly and make-up is unnoticeable and elegant.
umm thats a bit obvious... sorry... but umm... you know... it a play sorta thing to demonstrate the rules... not the rules in action... i dont think any1 would film someone being expelled
the Japanese (especially girl in this video) in this video are attractive. To me , they are more attractive than Chinese/Hong kong one and western one.
In Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia, students wear uniforms up to high school. I personally don't see anything wrong with that. You can always wear other stuff after school. Besides, you've gotta have a decent dress code at a revered educational place like a school...
It's easier to catch those playing truant if their in their uniform anyway. XP
hahahah it is ok we have the same rules !! if there is anything strange they just don't want it !! and we have more and more rules than japanese high schools
same as korean school...usally in korea at my school girls carry around two pair of skirts...they wear the long one in the morning when they are entering school because they do uniform check up..then later on we change to our short skirts and try to hide from teachers..^^
ermm.. im also from a school that has uniforms but i dont understand why you have to do that? All that trouble to keep your skirt short?? whats the point of that?

Girls HAVE to wear a skirt, as well as a blouse/sweater, and tie. They HAVE to have their hair tied back, with no piercings. They CANNOT have dyed hair. They HAVE to have dress shoes of some sort, and knee-high socks.
A lot of students in Canada and the states wear Jeans to school and switch to the skirt/kilt at school. In Japan you have to arrive at school in full uniform, regardless.
The girl in these videos was lucky. In Japanese high schools, she would have been expelled immediately.
haha

well about italy..we have to wear uniforms till we are 7 yrs old.. and i prefer a lot this way.
Forcing people to dress all the same is just ridiculous, you can't make everyone the same, each one will try to be different.
And some1's out there is still shocked by girls shortening their skirts?
GabriJune 4 years ago 3
oy. Can girls wear make-up though?

Nope. No makeup, jewelry, or dyed hair.
