@EziixPked Lategame ZvP is Zerg favored. This isn't news. Broodlord and Infestor mix will annihilate any P composition and it takes a LOT of nerve for the P to deal with it. In order for P to deal with a proper Infestor Broodlord mix, the P must pick off as much as virtually possible WHENEVER the Z makes a tiny mistake. There's only 1 way to deal with this, and that is to take down Broodlords 1 by 1.

Macro harder, when a protoss "turtles" keep his ass contained and take every expansion on the fuckin map. If a protoss is turtling and maxing out before you, you need to get more aggressive with expansion. Then delay the ball as long as possible with muta/ling harass while teching up.

Or you can just work on stronger early game builds.

Zerg is more multitasking than any other race by far.

This is easily countered by pulling two workers off to kill one of the harassing enemy workers, then you either kill it and build an assimilator or you make it run away and build an assimilator. Either way you can get gas without much delay and they've sacrificed a lot of mining time on two workers and may lose one or both of them.

Unless you are sure that your opponent is going for an early gas build with VERY crisp timings this would not be worth doing, certainly not in high level play.

Well, this is slightly cheaper than the TLO alternative where you build a Geyser before they can steal it, then cancel it to get some of the minerals back... Or IS IT? Well, whether this actually costs more minerals or not, there's 0 initial investment, so you can pull it off even with 0 minerals whereas the TLO alternative requires 75 as Terran or Protoss and 25 as Zerg. :[

And if it's in MY base, I don't have to micro at all unless he tries to be aggressive to gas steal me.

And a trick like that would only work as soon as 3rd possibly a 4th base.

Also Lings are a small unit which is why is doesnt work, if it was a roach/drone it would have blocked.

I tested this with a friend and the preventing ONLY works, when the zerg wants to put down gas WITH VISION ON THE GEYSIRE! When you block it with a probe and the zerg wants to put it down WITHOUT VISION, then it WORKS! Thumbs up, so that everybody can see that!
