my FPS only at 21 in low setting, i using Pentium Dual Core 2.7 GHz, ATI Radeon X1650,2 GB Ram and 230w PSU. can u tell me whats wrong?

no no no no no its because it on social club u could run it on a shitty 5mb graphics card with 512mb of ram and it would still be smooth on social sclub it just makes it smooth god

I have a e5300 O/C 3.2ghz and a Hd 4670 1gb, i run everything high and i get so lag :S

The HD 4850 pwns his 9500GT by a long shot dude!IT's like 3 times faster then 9500GT and IT's as fast as my 9800GT 1GB,i can run all games on very high so yeah your gonna be able to max the shit out of it :D

Why don;t you search youtube or google for GTA IV performance with your cpu and gpu to se more results,That's how i decided to go for Intel q9400:D Good Luck :)

If you believe it or not, i tried this. But i only found videos with that processor, but a other GPU (most time a Nvidia) :) .

@NikacXMKD 4850 still sucks lol, better then the 9500 GT indeed.. but I wouldn't suggest anyone to buy it now, I'd buy a 4890 or above.
