I agree with rolledoatz as well. Why the time was taken to produce a video for the correction of a free calendar is ridiculous. Its a free calendar. There aren't more pressing issues to worry about than a free calendar error? Either this town has nothing going on or their priorities are really messed up.

Well, this is refreshing! This is a great way to reach many people with an apology and an effective solution to a silly mistake (that they surely caught a lot of flack over to begin with). had this been addressed in another format, I definitely wouldn't have caught wind of it, much less cared about it. its clever. cheers.

If I was a taxpayer in that city I would be outraged at this debacle. It is understandable that the error on the calender was made, people are human. However it is incomprehensible that they would waste time/money producing a video like this when they could be working on real issues. A simple memorandum would have sufficed. Shame on you.

I found the video to be an amusing way to poke fun at those that would get flustered over something as little as forgetting to add the 31st to the callendar. I found your ignorant comment to be even more amusing. Watch an eppisode of WDAZ local news and then talk to me about the amount of money North Dakotans spend on production quality. Oh, and dont change the channel durring local commercials.

In Jon's defense, He did used to work for WDAZ, so he was probably used to making mistakes as part of his routine. It's just how things are. Not saying it was his mistake, but the fact he used to work at WDAZ probably spread some mistake dust around the office. If you think this is a stretch, I encourage you to watch WDAZ, count how many mistakes are made throughout the news cast, or if you prefer set your watch and see how long it takes before the first one is made. Is a great drinking game.
