Well, Frost usually wears the most revealing costume. Maybe that's what the costumers had in mind, but since the dresses look like baby-doll nightgowns, Jen's see-through IS a baby-doll nightgown.

Speaking of costumes, how did they make the costume changes, or was there more than one show?

No everytime there was a band who was making music without lyrics and then they changed the clothes... But they all had more than 6 people too change their clothes so that goes very fast
