@Manaborn619 Definitely wasn't weed then... or maybe it was some REALLY poor stuff. Weed hits you instantly, it's not like a pill or something that takes 30 minutes to set in... you feel it the moment you're blowing it out. Immunity isn't possible as every brain has THC receptors in it. Whatever you do, just take it easy your first few times is my advise. Some people can have pretty bad anxiety attacks probably just because its a foreign feeling - and that's the worse case scenario.

@Manaborn619 No idea... even the smallest little puff for your first time should definitely make you feel something. Were you hitting a pipe or something and maybe weren't covering the carb hole? I don't know... it's physically impossible to not get high from marijuana though as far as I know.

With a cigarette, you breath in shallowly, then breath out. Movies exaggerate the action with a spliff, but essentially you breath in, pause with the smoke in your mouth & upper throat, then breath in again to draw it into your lungs.

It was so badly rolled, there was no dope at all halfway down, where he toked.
