African American Shadow Boxing (School of Mixed Martial Arts) Just completed a great weakend of grappling and pankration competition at the International Mixed Martial Arts Expo out of 7 competitors we came home with 6 medals and the expierence of a life time, the way real fighters do it.

These black guys are cool but why are they preaching Malcolm x type stuff where it doesn't really belong. Its awkward and doesn't make sense. They should just try to have a good time and cut that Black Lois Farrakhan B.S out.

Personally I don,t agree with everything that Malcolm X, Mr. Farrakhan or the Nation Of Islam is about, but I respect them for standing up for civil rights in their own way. As for the Malcolm X movements in the African American Martial Art of KWA ASILIA AVITA SANAA, the X is in the middle of the figure 8 and represents multiplication as in the mulitple angles of attack and defense utilizing the hands, body and foot work at the same time, we call this scientific, mathmatical boxing.
